Line a 9 - by - 13 -
inch baking dish with large cabbage leaves; spread with half of tomato mixture.
Optional: Place bottom
of baking dish in a larger pan filled with hot water so it's easier to cut out the squares.
Spray 2 1/2
quart baking dish with cooking spray and pour mixture into dish, using the back of a spoon or a silicone spatula to spread evenly throughout.
When oven is heated, place
baking dish on middle rack for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
Combine chicken broth, juices from pot and juices
from baking dish into one pot.
Spoon bread mixture into an 8 - inch square
