baking recipes so often rely on almond flour, and if you can't have nuts that can be a big hurdle.
Zosia - Thankfully this is a no -
bake recipe so most flours can replace the oat flour, I just find that oat flour has a cake - like flavor in certain applications.

baked these amazing muffins over the weekend and I'm surprised there are still any left, they're
so nice I wanted to eat them all in one I read the comments beforehand and to fix the «burnt top / raw inside» issue I squeezed all of the moisture out of the zucchini before adding it to the mix and I also cooked it at gas mark 4 (180C) for the same amount of time listed in your
recipe.

I use medjool dates in a lot of my
recipes as they hold things together with their stickiness
so they are great for

I have been trying quite a few gluten free pizza dough
recipes... Now I am using the naturally gluten free norwegian «Jyttemjöl» which is the best I've been using for gluten free
baking so far.

recipe could be altered at all, but it's always worked out fine for me — you have to make sure it's really dried out as much as possible before you
bake it,

I'm getting better at creating my own
baked good
recipes and was
so happy with how these turned out.
The
recipe yields more than enough chili for the dip,
so plan on extra servings if you
bake it in an 8 x 8 dish like I did.
I followed the
recipe with precision, but I had to
bake them for 12 + minutes
so that they weren't falling - apart gooey, even after resting on the
baking sheet for 10 mins.
I love using ricotta in
baking so definitely putting this
recipe on my list of things to try next year!
