If you don't want to use a microwave, you can
bake your sweet potatoes in the oven at 400 for 50 minutes to an hour.
Alternatively, you can
bake the sweet potatoes in the oven as you would a regular baked potato.
The only thing I did differently was
bake the sweet potatoes in the oven for about 45 minutes to an hour instead of putting them in the microwave.
I baked the sweet potato in the oven until soft on 425 ℉ and mashed them into a puree.

Arrange the
sweet potato in an

in half lengthways before placing

We topped them with a slice of garden tomato, fresh green leaf lettuce and my «secret sauce», served with fresh made
sweet potato fries I

oven and a garden salad and dinner was done!
