recipe (I have two, mini
loaves in the oven right now!)

loaf was richly flavored, with more depth and complexity than the typical
recipe and less emphasis on the
banana taste.
I already have a
banana bread
recipe on this site but it is really just a modified version of the lovely, sugar loaded, butter - infused
loaf that I grew up with.
I had one lone
banana I needed to use, not enough for my
banana bread
recipe, so I thought I'd toss it in this
recipe and make it into a
loaf.
