banana oat bars because they are so easy to grab «n go for
breakfast.
It occurred to me as I reviewed the ingredients in these fabulously moreish
banana almond chocolate chip
oat bars that even if you aren't a breastfeeding mum (or a mum of any kind), they would make a pretty tasty and healthful
breakfast bar.

I make something similar to this smoothie and LOVE it for
breakfast or lunch... i use chocolate almond milk or chocolate coconut milk,
bananas, peanut butter, a tbsp of ground almonds or hazelnuts and a tbsp of
oat bran!!!

I had wheatberries with
oat milk,
banana and blueberries for
breakfast yesterday.
We got home in the afternoon and had our
breakfast, a gorgeous Rolled
Oat bowl with Blueberries, Cacao Nibs, Pears,
Bananas, Raisins, Chia Seeds and Walnuts and Soy Milk.
With the warming flavors of cinnamon and nutmeg, the sweetness from the
bananas, the caramel undertones from the coconut sugar and the heartiness of the quinoa +
oat blend, I wish every day started with these quinoa
breakfast bars.

Like, I looked at the ratio of an oatmeal cookie recipe and came up with a
banana -
oat breakfast cookie that looked nothing like the recipe I glanced at.
Breakfast: — 2 teaspoons of cocoa + 200 ml water + 300 ml organic
oat drink (water + 10 percent oats); — 1 raw
banana; — 1 teaspoon of organic virgin coconut oil (love it though its saturated:)-- 1,5 tablespoons of flaxseed (crushed and added just before consuming); — 0,75 tablespoon of turmeric powder + 200 ml of water; — 1 apple.
We got home in the afternoon and had our
breakfast, a gorgeous Rolled
Oat bowl with Blueberries, Cacao Nibs, Pears,
Bananas, Raisins, Chia Seeds and Walnuts and Soy Milk.
