But on the days that we craved a sweet treat to kick - start our mornings, we made two - ingredient

I somehow always end up making them when I'm away from home, because eggs and
bananas are
so easily found, and no special utensils are required to make these
pancakes!
At breakfast I tend to crave more of the sweet stuff (think smoothie bowls,
banana pancakes, peanut butter toast)
so by lunch I can totally get down with an omelette OR this pretty gem no problem.
I used really ripe
bananas,
so there was a hint of sweetness (and
banana - ness, like good
banana pancakes) in them.
Still wanting to maintain a modicum of healthiness, I opted for a touch of whole wheat flour and some fruit, but the beauty of
pancakes is they are a whiteboard for flavors, you can add blueberries, frozen raspberries or even grated carrot instead of the
