If you are a fan of milk - based
banana smoothies make sure that banana is very ripe and add cardamom and nutmeg to stimulate digestion.
I'd also recommend the Sirenus Especiale (like a frozen creamsicle) or Banamama (just like the strawberry -
banana smoothies I make at home, but with booze in them!).
