The other day I had the idea of blending
a banana with cocoa powder, milk and cinnamon, and warming it up in a pot.
I always go with more fresh banana, and lately I've been loving just mashed ripe
bananas with cocoa powder and some almond milk to make a healthy «chocolate sauce.»
Not exact matches
I subbed
banana for the apple sauce and soy milk
with two dates blended into it for the liquid, some vanilla,
cocoa powder (about 3 or 4 Tlbs.)
Less creative: I love mixing plain, nonfat yogurt
with a bit of Amazing Meal protein
powder and unsweetened
cocoa powder, and then adding it to chopped fruit (apples,
bananas, strawberries)
with some gluten - free cereal on top.
I love hot cereal
with a mashed
banana, 1/2 tbsp enjoy life choco chips, 1/2 tbsp protein
powder, 1/2 tbsp
cocoa powder, cinnamon, and frozen berries on top!
