As i suffer from Anorexia Nervosa i always found it hard to maybe have

nuts and seeds or a smoothie... but you have shown me that it's healthy and great for your body.
And for smoothies yes thats all I have for breakfast, I make big ones though, normally with two
bananas as the base and then lots of other fruit, some spinach or kale, dates and then a mixture of some
nuts / seeds / super-foods, either chia seeds, ground flaxseeds, hemp protein, spirulina, maca, oats, almond butter etc..
They're honestly so simple and require so few ingredients, it's so awesome — all you need are oats, ripe
bananas,
nut butter, water and some mango.
I suffer from Crohns and have cut out a lot of bad carbs like bread however I find that
nuts and oats also cause issues along with
bananas & berries.

I go back and forth between oats (with

Macadamia
nuts contain far more healthy fats than unhealthy, and when you combine them with the vitamins and minerals that
bananas contain you've got one delicious — and healthy — muffin on your hands.
However, if you have diabetes / pre-diabetes and you are including
bananas as part of a whole meal then I would just balance them with some healthy fat (avocados,
nuts, etc.) You could have a
banana on top of a piece of sprouted whole grain toast with some almond butter and that would be a good option.

I will be making these over my normal
banana bread to keep it healthy and definitely going to try adding
nuts and maybe using almond flour to see how it works out.
One favorite breakfast: oatmeal with any
nut butter and strawberries and
bananas.
I could pretend its healthy since it has
bananas and
nuts in it, right?
Instead of using eggs, this
nut free vegan fruit slice uses mashed
banana and flaxseed to bind the slice.
Other than maybe a metaphorical similarity between the time it takes a sourdough starter to develop it's flavor for its addition to a classic recipe such as

You can serve it up immediately for some
