Exposed ugly plumbing pipes, paint blotches on varnished skirtings, rough and ugly wooden windows and
barn - type
doors, the host is able to enter through the back
door for which we were not given the key to block entry, unsightly amateur - assembled cupboards, my shoulder got scratched and bled on dangerously protruding sharp corner of microwave cupboard, oven interior dirty, floors only half swept, no
TV, so soap, no toaster, but good bed aand clean linen.

I like the
tv cabinets with no
doors and for the
barn doors, I love the blue but also really like the natural wood look in your inspiration board (in the kitchen pic).
i don't mind the
doors for the
tv and such but as a heads up on the
barn doors... we have those to our bath room (up when we bought the home) and just know you will become closer to your spouse in many ways if you aren't already «that» type of couple.
I especially love the sliding
barn door idea since if we decide to put a
TV there it keeps the mantel free for decorating, but I might have a few other clever fixes up my sleeve!
I also think that by hiding the
tv, your eye will automatically be drawn to the
barn door rather than the black box.
Do you have a source for the gray piece of furniture for the
TV with the
barn doors??
We've had the sliding
barn door covering the
TV for a while, along with the green painted hutch underneath.
-LSB-...] was testing my decor out on my green console (our
tv is held in the brown stained
barn door above) and my piano.
-LSB-...] the hallway and living room, but sliding
barn doors are popular on pantries, closets and even in front of flat - screen
TVs.
I still need to add artwork over the leather chairs, a
barn door to cover the Jack and Jill bathroom and I'm currently looking for a large fake Longhorn piece to hang over the
TV.
