While
the base of a fun game is here, it's nearly every design decision made around this core gameplay that detract from the enjoyment.

of which I found to be decently

games, which are popular with both sexes and seen as acceptable mainstream
fun by people who reject board
games as too nerdish.

It is rare to find a Movie
based video
game this enjoyable.The levels are leghthy and for the most part very
fun the humor is pretty funny and the story is actually quite relavant to the story
of the original whil still adding new charachtars and areas but the graphics are ok just that in total (9.2 / 10)
It's just that... the
game isn't very
fun, and the fault is
based on the levels themselves, not the mechanics
of play.

of technical, balance and gameplay issues these days, Brave Soldiers delivers what is a nice, franchise -
based fighting
game, at first, i was expecting a simple fighting
game with some button mashing, however, the
game proved me wrong and i fell in love, the combo system, while easy, is a lot more deep than the one in the Naruto
games, with all
of the characters having two special attacks, two «burst attacks», a knock - away and a launcher respectively, a throw and an ultimate attack (called a «Big Bang Attack»), every character also has an universal dodge - action that sends them behind their enemies while spending one cosmo bar, making bar management that much precious and shielding you from a half - a-hour combo, unlike in the NUNS series, the fighting and the characters are nicely balanced, with every character being
fun to play and viable at the same time, the
game runs smoothly without frame - rate issues and the cell - shaded graphics, character models, arenas and effects alike are nice to the eye, battles are divided into rounds, with all the tiny nice stuff like character introductions and outros being intact (
fun fact: the characters will even comment on their score after the battle), the
game also features an awakening system, called the «Seventh Sense» awakening, unlike the NUNS awakening system which became severely unbalanced in the later
game, every character simply gains a damage / defense boost, with the conditions being the same for all characters, eliminating situations when one character can use awakening at almost any point in the battle, or one awakening being drastically stronger than the other, the
game has a story mode with three story arcs used to unlock characters, a collection mode, tournament modes, a survival mode, a series
of special versus modes and online battle modes.
Hitman GO was a surprise hit when it launched for iOS and Android in 2014, boiling the Hitman series» stealth mechanics down into a turn -
based puzzle
game that was loads
of fun and very challenging.
Sadly, a fair amount
of the mini
games were not so
fun; mini
games that require manipulating objects in a 3D space or using the Vitas (crappy) camera for augmented reality
based mini
games left me with plenty
of frustration.
The
game is fairly accessible for everyone, with success made possible in the most basic
of areas that naturally lead to
fun like shooting (a simple shot meter with feedback), dribble moves (utilizing the right stick with shoulder button modifiers), dazzling passes and alley - oops (
based on face buttons and shoulder modifiers) and even play - calling (basic court diagrams and symbols that make running them seem possible).
You younger
gamers may not realize this but once upon a time,
games based on a liscenced property actually had a fair chance
of not sucking and being
fun, case in point: Ducktales for the NES.
A big pro to the
game is when you have a couch co-op partner to blast through the level -
based experience — because while the creativity
of the levels remain while playing alone, progression just isn't as
fun as it is when you're watching your mate fall to their death for the hundredth time because
of your cheeky sabotage.
The end result is a
fun and challenging turn -
based strategy
game that is not only legitimately funny, incredibly polished and surprisingly deep, but also one
of the best reasons to own a Nintendo Switch thus far.
After the frustration
of trying to get the story
based achievements the
game really shines when you stuff the narrative and have some co-op
fun.
It ended up being the best $ 10 I've spent in a while — I'm not a fan
of Clancy - type stuff in general, but this is a turn -
based strategy
game partially developed by one
of the original XCOM creators, so it's totally solid and a hell
of a lot
of fun.
Taking
bases is some
of the most
fun in this
game, especially because the stealth is fantastic, but be warned that if you clear the
bases then there won't be any soldiers moving around the world anymore and there is a lot
of fun involved in just running into soldiers in the open world.
The platforming / climbing
of Tomb Raider, the open world strategy
of Metal Gear Solid V, the dungeons
of The Legend
of Zelda and the arrow -
based combat recent Tomb Raider
games all mix to form a solid set
of gameplay systems that keep the
game exciting and
fun.
Not only the
game manages to implement an artillery
based 2 - dimensional combat system that relies on timing and strategic position
of enemies on the battlefield, it also mixes a good amount
of humor with its weapons and crazy gadgets that end up being extremely
fun to use in battle.
It's a surprisingly
fun and addictive
game (pretty unusual for a
game based on a famous brand - band - franchise), with very good graphics,
of course excellent music and having played more than 3 hours I must say that I haven't felt the need to pay a dime in order to proceed further into the
game or met a time / energy wall.
Gobtron is one
of those
games that could be recommended just
based on the weirdness factor alone, but it's also a unique take on a defense
game and is really pretty
fun anyway.
Loosely
based on the classic arcade
game of the late 1980s where players control giant animal monsters levelling a city for the sheer joy
of it, the film lacks the immersive thrill as it is no
fun being a mere spectator.

People talk about Bungie's claim that Halo's

fun and interesting, like a blend
of a Mario RPG open world with the dynamic turn -
