based, so you don't have to worry as much about keeping it chilled like you would

You can make a greek yogurt
based ranch
dressing for the salad
with a little lowfat buttermilk to thin it or give it an entirely new spin by using your favorite healthy oil / vinegar -

The meal was served

Tomato and Olive Salad
With Arugula and Carrot Turmeric Ginger
Dressing is a wonderful plant -
based salad that you can use as the bed for your favorite source of plant -
based protein and it's low in fat and sugar, but high in fiber and nutrients.
Still on a salad kick, this bowl is super healthy and LOADED
with yummy plant -
based protein, fresh veggies and homemade peanut butter
dressing that is so good you'll be licking the jar clean.
I make all different sorts of curry (simple, delicious, lots of variety of types), these days we're having Greek salad
with fresh bread on a weekly
basis (the bread is to sop up the
dressing, but who's going to not love fresh bread and salad?!)
For the
dressing I made a honey mustard
base that I cut
with olive oil and lemon juice.
I like adding quinoa as a
base to make them more filling, or experimenting
with roasted veggies and homemade
dressings.
It was a Japanese flavored crab
with a miso
dressing and the endive was the perfect
base.
