bashing peoples beliefs.

Anybody that
bashes another
person for there
beliefs is nothing but a loser.
I'm not one, but I'm close enough to understand that for most
people who do not have a
belief in God, it was a personal and private discovery, and not something for
bashing other
people.
The reason why
people bash religions so much is because historically a lot of violence has been perpetrated but this is only because of authorities that utilize religions and
beliefs for their war campaigns and the «just» cause.
So when you
bash and try to debunk religion, don't try to take away
people's spiritual
beliefs either.
The word «Christian» literally means «little Christ,» how does someone who acquires fame by
bashing the
belief of others (he may be a scholar but as the author noted, most
people have only heard of him because of his uncouth mannerisms) come anywhere close to Jesus?
Their lives are so fulfilled without God — that must be why they have to keep
bashing other
people's
beliefs.
Why the need to
bash other
people simply for having
beliefs other than your own?
So let us move on from
bashing one
person's
beliefs and move forward for the betterment of our society — do what is right and do not do what is not.
The reason we sane
people bash your ridiculous «faith» is because
beliefs inform actions.
In their quest for righteousness, they often become self righteous, using their
belief system as a weapon, to
bash over the heads of others, rather than as a tool to improve their own lives and to become a living example of what true christians should be like or what truly compassionate humans should be like, it's very sad, that so many christians don't have a clue how to act like decent
people, and that they are hypocrites and full of hate.

And in this
person's case, an impression of quirky grew into an impression of
bashing those who hold different (and the more common)
beliefs about writing craft issues, and that latter impression grew in strength as time and comment numbers increased until I finally said «enough!»
