I love chia seeds for their hit of Omegas and weirdly delightful texture, but usually stick to a
basic berries - and -
almond milk recipe.
Using the
basic recipe with unsweetened
almond milk, plain yogurt and maple syrup, by morning I had several pieces of oats that had a bluish - green color on them (mold?).
As long as you have the
basic paleo staples (coconut oil,
almond flour, coconut flour, coconut
milk,
almond butter) and a well - stocked spice cabinet, you will have most of the ingredients on hand for these
recipes.

basic recipe for a smoothie for two — one banana, three handfuls of spinach, a little bit of
almond milk and water.
If I were to take one of my
basic almond flour
recipes and rework it for coconut flour, I would start with half the amount of flour, twice the eggs, some xanthan gum, a little more leavening agent like baking powder, and then I would add my liquids like coconut or
almond milk last and not all at once.
