the basic flour mix needs some tweaking.
I person am not one to use a straightforward
basic flour mix.
Recipes are based on two
basic flour mixes, which includes a certain extra fine brown rice flour.

I keep changing up what I'm adding to the
basic mix and currently that is 1 t. cinnamon, 1/2 can drained crushed pineapple and a mixture of chopped prunes, raisins and orange cranberries rolled in a bit of the
flour.
For a little extra texture, flavour and protein, a bit of toasted soy
flour and a hot «cereal»
mix of quinoa, amaranth, buckwheat and chia seeds were added to the
basic flour / yeast mixture, followed by extra crunch and sweetness from granola.

My favorite
flour mix really changes depending on what I'm making — in the case of this crisp it really doesn't matter what you use — a good
