basic kindle page turn is faster, I'd say faster enough that at the first few days of using paperwhite, I still keep the basic kindle response and frequently double click as I thought the the 1st page turn is not responding

Consider that the
Kindles still do not offer one of the most
basic staples of ereading: a
page count for the chapters, and it still offers some completely incomprehensible measurement of progress called «loc» (for location) with a gobbledygook number next to it.

With Scrivener it's easy to create three different About the Author
pages with the same
basic information, but one with Amazon links for the
kindle version, one with Apple links for the epub and another with no links for the print version.
At least the previous
basic Kindle offered something that other
Kindles did not, with the
page buttons and a non-touchscreen interface.
