I've been doing
basic number crunching and thought exercises on something like 20 x 2/1 units at ~ 1000 sq ft / unit and rent out between $ 800 - $ 1000 / unit in the Houston area.
This is pretty
basic number crunching, it is not rocket science and it should be evaluated with an eye on unusual events (giant EN, volcanic eruption, etc) that might push the decadal numbers one way or the other.

If you need to know specific nutrient contents, you might enjoy making yourself a table of
basic paleo baking ingredients to keep on the inside of your kitchen cabinet and
crunch the
numbers when you have the need to know.
Tell it where you shop, how much you spend and the proportion of each brand you buy (premium, manufacturers», own brand or
basic) and it'll
crunch the
numbers.
Trouble is if the
basic data
number crunching leaves somerhing to be desired the statistical element is on very shaky ground.
