Basically, you don't want to
do one set of, let's say bench press, followed immediately by a set of
dips.
But a better way to get all 3 areas of your chest is to
do a regular 4 - to - 6 sets of 4 - to - 12 reps workout
doing middle chest compound exercises like
dips and flat barbell or dumbbell bench presses (which
basically works your entire chest anyway) followed by you
doing chest isolation exercises for your upper and lower chest - for example...
It doesn't matter if you use gym
dip bars or if you train in the house and use a couple of chairs the technique is
basically the same.
Basically, if you don't already have the film, you can now own it without
dipping into the collector's market.
