Responsible for developing and executing
wine education programs that will teach
tasting room staff members,
tasting room visitors, trade hospitality guests, and the surrounding community about regional
wine styles, new releases, and the
basics of tasting and enjoying
wine.
However, I chose to leave it out
of the
basic recipe because, one, not everyone wants / likes the
taste of Dijon in their mayo, and secondly, I find that getting your hands on a Dijon mustard that is Whole30 compliant is kind
of hard, at least in this part
of the world... Most contain either white
wine or added sulfites, which are 2 ingredients that are to be avoided during a Whole30... so when in doubt, just leave it out!
