I just flipped the wicker

The vintage French crate you see usually sits on top of our Byholma toy
basket in the living room,
holding books and photo albums.
On my table right now: A
basket holding a couple of decorating
books, a small lantern, and a starfish and some shells.
The bottom is filled with Decorating
books, photo
books, and
baskets that
hold kids toys and
books.
The locker
baskets hold crayons, coloring
books and chalkboard blocks and are kept where our four - year - old can easily reach them.
Find a bookshelf that displays the adorable covers of all of those baby
books you got at your shower, or fill a shelf with cute storage
baskets for easy access to swaddles and stuffed toys (you'll find that open
baskets are easiest to reach into when you're
holding a baby in your arms!)
My office has bookcases with
baskets (that beautifully match the wood of the bookcases) to
hold loose papers and ugly telephone
books.
And come to think of it, I do have a couple of lidded
baskets just
holding some blankets and
books right now.
Put back only the essentials on the surface such as a lamp, alarm clock if you use one, a small dish that
holds your rings or watch, and a
book you are currently reading (or use a small
basket by the bed to
hold books).
The six

book, her ipod... Endless possibilities.
My dream mum cave would have soft and dreamy colours (on walls and furniture), a large window overlooking the garden, a comfy chair with a little table with a cute lamp, some
books, etc nearby, a cute storage unit full of
baskets holding all my art and craft supplies, a cute work table or two, and candles, photographs, etc to really engage and energise me.
I love that it completely utilizes the previous wasted space on either side of the bed, offering a lower shelf for
baskets, a pull out drawer, and a long top surface to
hold books, a lamp, picture frames, etc..
