I found the guava paste did not melt down to good and so the first batch or two didn't come out too pretty looking... so I rolled and squished the paste into a ball and that
batch came out of the oven looking much prettier.
If you don't have room on two sheets, save the rest to bake after the first
batch comes out of the oven.
