We've finished
this batch of scones, to thumbs up all around, but I do have some moderately ripe bananas on my counter and the rest of the ingredients in my pantry and fridge.
Luckily, it's never too late to head back to the gym and fix the ails of neglect (which I'll do right after I make
another batch of these scones).
