I
mixed up a small
batch of BBQ sauce
using ingredients on
hand and it turned out fine.
I don't have a stand
mixer but made a smallish
batch and
used my
hand held which has dough hooks — maybe 3 - 4 minutes before the 4 hour rest.
Once you whip up a
batch of muffins in this manner, I promise, you will not want to go back to
using your stand or
hand mixer.
I
use the mush and
mix in whatever I have on
hand (this past
batch included goji berries, raisins, dried mango, pecans, unsweetened cocoa powder and agave).
