What you have seen so far in the master bath is the
tiling project finals, my tips for
tiling and the introduction to the
bathroom from forever ago - pretty darn sure no one was reading this blog when I posted about it!
But unless you want to end up with orange or brown palm prints all over your
bathroom tile, it's better to use a tool for this particular
project.
For example, in this
project, we were within the contractor's provided budget to specify a 3 × 6 marble subway
tile for the master
bathroom flooring.

We used the same Sausalito octagonal
tile in my daughter Lily's
bathroom but with white grout, so I thought I'd show you how that
project turned out.
With all of the money we saved on our
project we were able to pay to have the
tile left in the back part of
bathroom removed and have this floor installed (it is easy enough that Mike is going to install it in our other
bathroom himself).
Our third set of home
bathroom remodeling photos is from a smaller
project with big improvements, including the plumbing (with an upgrade to modern, stylish fixtures), and the replacement of the
tiles, toilet and sink.
I love that you can update a
bathroom with as little as new cabinet hardware, a new faucet, new paint or even expand your
project to include new
tile or a brand new vanity (they have some cute ones online that I was really tempted by!).

tile, mounting board - and - batten molding in the dining room, and painting

Last week, after we decided to tear out three rows of the wall
tile, I asked him if he otherwise liked how the
bathroom was turning out, and he said he did — and then gushed about how much he likes to see a

When I saw this I was immediately excited to take on this
project for my 1968 original
bathroom tiles (which are really gross as you would imagine), only to realize that instead of being laid out evenly my 4 × 4 ″
tiles are staggered such that they would not form an 8 × 8 ″ square.
