I used the measured amounts to fill the cups and had
enough batter left over for 3 more muffins without filling and the 12 original ones rose well over the edge of the cups.
After filling a tray of 12 muffins I had
extra batter left over so I poured it into a cake tin and once cool I cut into brownie sized squares.
But don't try to use all the batter; unless you have particularly deep cups, you'll have abut 1/3
cup batter left over.
Mine did nt rise considering how much baking soda and baking powder went in... any way they are delicious perfect snack size chocolate cake treats I had plenty
