Pour one kitchen ladle of
batter onto hot skillet and spread it evenly on the entire surface.
Pour
the batter onto the hot skillet and spread it out with the back of spoon to make a round circle.
Scoop 1/3 cup of
batter onto the hot skillet and cook until bubbles appear on the top.
Using a 1/4 cup measuring cup, scoop up and drop 3 or 4 spoonfuls of
batter onto the hot skillet; flatten slightly.
