Heat Nonstick Pan or Griddle to medium - hot heat, spray with nonstick cooking oil, and ladle circles
of batter onto griddle for pancakes.
So when I butter the griddle for my second and third batches of pancakes, and when I'm pouring
the batter onto the griddle for them, my griddle is briefly off the hot burners and away from the flames.
Pour slightly less than 1/4 cup
batter onto a griddle that has been sprayed with cooking spray.
Pancakes Gently ladle the pancake
batter onto the griddle and sprinkle on fruit if desired.
For each pancake pour 1/4 cup

Rather than folding the blueberries into the batter and risking them popping and bleeding their beautiful color, I just dropped a handful on top of each pancake when I first poured

batter onto griddle and cook until the edges are dry, flip and cook until browned, about 2 - 4 minutes per side.
Add some fruit (blueberries, raspberries or strawberries) on top just after pouring
batter onto griddle and it's over the top good!
Spoon out 1/4 cup of
batter onto the griddle.
For each pancake, spoon 1/4 cup
batter onto the griddle, and cook for about 2 minutes or until bubbles appear.
