I throw 2 of the bags in the freezer and the other bag I boil with a
few slices of onion, salt, peppercorns, a cinnamon stick and 1
bay leaf for about 30
minutes or until the chicken has cooked through.
Remove and discard the thyme sprig and
bay leaves, stir in the soymilk, heat through, and turn off heat to allow sauce to rest
for a
few minutes before serving over cooked pasta garnished as desired.
I brought it all to a simmer
for a
few minutes, then took out the
bay leaf and immersion - blended it.
