Remember
if you aren't
at the head of the class when it comes to the development of young talent, which means eyes on the ground everywhere, a vast array of connections with soccer associations throughout Europe and beyond and a manager willing to properly train and play said blue chippers, (like the 90s Arsenal or clubs like the modern day Monaco and Dortmund) you need to spend to win... anything in between
is highly problematic... failure to make the necessary changes leaves you in the proverbial «no man
's land» and that
is currently where we reside... it
's difficult to get out of this rut... just ask either of the Milan teams... next step after that
is being known as a «seller», which could
be us already
if and when Sanchez leaves... there
are only two teams that have worn this moniker in recent
times and had some decent success and that
is Athletico Madrid and Dortmond, which only occurred when they both brought in new, charismatic leaders in Simmone & Klopp... the odds that Wenger could conjure up the magic to repeat the performances of a bygone era
are incredibly low, so why prolong the agony... he
's not willing to create the hierarchy necessary to go the youth route and he
's unwilling to put his team
's potential success ahead of his job security by laying it on the line with Moustache, so it
's time to place all your chips in the middle or go gently into that good night
One obvious candidate
is the greatest Arsenal legend of all

It
's difficult to blame Ozil for the difficulties he
's faced
at Arsenal without looking
at the big picture... like the fans, he too
was lied to by Wenger... there
is no doubt in my mind that he
was told by Wenger that he
was trying desperately to recreate our earlier success by acquiring players that fit the system he ran when Henry
was in his prime... as we know this hasn't happened... in order for Ozl to flourish he needs some speed up front, forwards that can make intelligent runs, a boss in the midfield to compensate for his obvious defensive liabilities and defenders who can transition from defence to offence quickly and efficiently... much like he had in Real and with the German National squad... unfortunately he ended up on a squad that has a striker who plays with his back to goal, very few intelligent runs into the box, minus Sanchez, no one to take pressure off him in the midfield, once Cazorla
was injured, average defensive midfielders around him, which simply highlighted his lacking defensive qualities and defenders who lack the necessary cutting edge when it comes to transitional passing... instead of blaming Ozil, which
is simply too easy, especially considering his mopey disposition, we should
be asking ownership and / or Wenger why they brought him in
if they didn't intend on doing what
was necessary to get the best from him... can you imagine Ozil playing with the likes of Henry, Viera, Petit and Pires, it would
be incredibly to watch and even more
difficult to stop... so the only thing different between his experiences in Real and with the German team versus his
time at Arsenal
are the players around him and we all know who
is in charge of making those decisions, the Grinch who stole soccer
That will
be great
if he can manage to do that but what
's more important
if arsenal can snatch 3 point from Liverpool
at an field today...... arsenal to sell ox to Chelsea this week too bad, all this injury prone players
are becoming traitors all the
time after Wenger has back them during
difficult time of their playing career...
At the same
time, it
's OK to
be realistic and acknowledge that it will
be difficult for him to have that kind of game this season, or ever again,
if history holds.
If he'd went

Playing
time was difficult to come by for Poldoski, Arsene Wenger probably

I have example to Back my Statement... In 2003 Real Madrid bought Beckham from Man Utd for 25M which highest transfer amount that
time and now
if look
at the transfer then average player also cost for 30 to 35M easily... So it very
difficult to know how much we have earned from every year making Champions League but yes certainly we must have earned lot because we
were 500M debt ridden club when we moved to Emirates Stadium and now we
are debt free entity so there
is good possibility that we have earn lot from Champions League qualifications and also from Highbury real estate projects as well....
we have waited a long
time for this club to truly step up, which
is a
difficult ask... to do so properly they will need to overextend themselves and get well outside the comfort zone they have become accustomed to...
at the very least they owe their fans, most of whom supported this franchise for
at least the first 8 years of this 10 year plan, one real shot
at the «promised» land... remember phase one
was build and save, phase two
was the fire sale of all our top players, phase three
was supposed to
be our metamorphosis, when we
were literally told how we could compete with any club in the world and phase four appears to
be rinse and repeat, under the guise that we just can't seem to find any players that
are better than our current lot (can you even imagine the state of world soccer
if that
were truly the case)... it
's time for you Mr. Kroenke and Mr. Wenger to ask not what the fans can do for you, but what you two can do to make things right again for the fans...
if you can't do this earnestly and honestly, simply move on before the only thing left in the cupboard
are bitter memories and what could have beans?

being there.Who
are you going to worship when he finally goes or
are you going with him.Pathetic to even try to respond to opinion that
is proved by where we
are as a club.JW — WE SALUTE YOU
This
is an incredibly
difficult question to answer for a variety of reasons, most importantly because over the years our once vaunted «beautiful» style of play has become a shadow of it
's former self, only to
be replaced by a less than stellar «plug and play» mentality where players play out of position and adjustments / substitutions
are rarely forthcoming before the 75th minute...
if you look
at our current players, very few would make sense in the traditional Wengerian system...
at present, we don't have the personnel to move the ball quickly from deep - lying position, efficient one touch midfielders that can make the necessary through balls or the disciplined and pacey forwards to stretch defences into wide positions, without the aid of the backs coming up into the final 3rd, so that we can attack the defensive lanes in the same clinical fashion we did years ago... on this current squad, we have only 1 central defender on staf, Mustafi, who seems to have any prowess in the offensive zone or who can even pass two zones through so that we can advance play quickly out of our own end (I have seen some inklings that suggest Holding might have some offensive qualities but too early to tell)... unfortunately Mustafi has a tendency to get himself in trouble when he gets overly aggressive on the ball... from our backs out wide, we've seen pace from the likes of Bellerin and Gibbs and the spirited albeit offensively stunted play of Monreal, but none of these players possess the skill - set required in the offensive zone for the new Wenger scheme which requires deft touches, timely runs to the baseline and consistent crossing, especially when Giroud
was playing and his ratio of scored goals per clear chances
was relatively low (better last year though)... obviously I like Bellerin
's future prospects, as you can't teach pace, but I do worry that he regressed last season, which
was obvious to Wenger because there
was no way he would have used Ox as the right side wing - back so often knowing that Barcelona could come calling in the off - season,
if he thought otherwise... as for our midfielders, not a single one, minus the more confident Xhaka I watched played for the Swiss national team a couple years ago, who truly makes sense under the traditional Wenger model... Ramsey holds onto the ball too long, gives the ball away cheaply far too often and abandons his defensive responsibilities on a regular basis (doesn't score enough recently to justify): that
being said, I've always thought he does possess a little something special, unfortunately he thinks so too... Xhaka
is a little too slow to ever boss the midfield and he tends to telegraph his one true strength, his long ball play: although I must admit he did get a bit better during some points in the latter part of last season... it always made me wonder why whenever he played with Coq Wenger always seemed to play Francis in a more advanced role on the pitch... as for Coq, he
is way too reckless
at the wrong
times and has exhibited little offensive prowess yet finds himself in and around the box far too often... let
's face it Wenger
was ready to throw him in the trash heap when injuries forced him to use Francis and then he had the nerve to act like this
was all part of a bigger Wenger constructed plan... he like Ramsey, Xhaka and Elneny don't offer the skills necessary to satisfy the quick transitory nature of our old offensive scheme or the stout defensive mindset needed to protect the defensive zone so that our offensive players can remain aggressive in the final third... on the front end, we have Ozil, a player of immense skill but stunted by his physical demeanor that tends to offend, the fact that he
's been played out of position far too many
times since arriving and that the players in front of him, minus Sanchez, make little to no sense considering what he has to offer (especially Giroud); just think about the quick counter-attack offence in Real or the space and protection he receives in the German National team
's midfield, where teams couldn't afford to focus too heavily on one individual... this player
was a passing «specialist» long before he arrived in North London, so only an arrogant or ignorant individual would try to reinvent the wheel and / or not surround such a talent with the necessary components... in regards to Ox, Walcott and Welbeck, although they all possess serious talents I see them in large part as headless chickens who
are on the injury table too much, lack the necessary first - touch and / or lack the finishing flair to warrant their inclusion in a regular starting eleven; I would say that, of the 3, Ox showed the most upside once we went to a back 3, but even he became a bit too consumed by his pending contract talks before the season ended and that concerned me a bit...
if I had to choose one of those 3 players to stay on it would
be Ox due to his potential as a plausible alternative to Bellerin in that wing - back position should we continue to use that formation... in Sanchez, we get one of the most committed skill players we've seen on this squad for some years but that could all change soon,
if it hasn't already of course... strangely enough, even he doesn't make sense given the constructs of the original Wenger offensive model because he holds onto the ball too long and he will give the ball up a little too often in the offensive zone... a fact that
is largely forgotten due to his infectious energy and the fact that the numbers he has achieved seem to justify the means... finally, and in many ways most crucially, Giroud, there
is nothing about this team or the offensive system that Wenger has traditionally employed that would even suggest such a player would make sense as a starter... too slow, too inefficient and way too easily dispossessed... once again, I think he has some special skills and,
at times, has showed some world - class qualities but he
's lack of mobility
is an albatross around the necks of our offence... so when you ask who would
be our best starting 11, I don't have a clue because of the 5 or 6 players that truly deserve a place in this side, 1 just arrived, 3 aren't under contract beyond 2018 and the other
was just sold to Juve... man, this
is theraputic because following this team
is like an addiction to heroin without the benefits
Brammal Lane
is a
difficult place to go
at the best of
times, and
if you
are in a particularly bad spell of form, its tough to get a result.
Joining a club of arsenal
s stature has its ups and downs. There
is a requirement of how our players should perform when on the pitch. The following
is a list of players who
were wrong to choose arsenal.Aaron ramsey - Even though he
is the most favoured of all players
at the club now.I cant help but think how it would have gone for Him
if he decided to search for other greener pastures. He
was a clear talented footballer during his
time at cardiff but he hasnt
been raised with the discipline
at arsenal. You can always see ramseys all round strengths but sadly Its not helping him or the club with his foward moving pleasurr. He
is so Over used and its sometimes
difficult for him to get used to the rythm of the game. With
time you realise he gets low ib confidence and his engine gets wasted. He needed somebody who would have managed him properly and with care and that person
is certainpy not wenger. You would have
been better off
at Manu mate.Calum chambers - Came us a very talented player from southampton with raw talent. He
was very good
at first but wenger found a way to reduce his level of confidence. His inexperience
was left exposed and wenger did nt do anything to resolve that problem and instead He looked for other talented players.Alex oxlade chamberlain - Another very talented player who needed only his skilled sharpened and his character modelled. That and he
was ready to become a world beater. But wenger decided to let him run and run like a headless chicken causing him to
be often injured and damaging his confidence.Who knows what would have happened to him gad he decided to look for more greener pasture. He
is surely a much better player than this.Theo walcott - Another player who
was tipped to have a very bright future. He had it in him.But all he needed
was an appropriate manager who would nurture him with discipline and help him with his talent. But on Coming to arsenal he
was given Much more responsiblities putting more weight on his shoulders on top of that another player who
was recklessly managed with his talent and never coming off age because his character wasnt properly shaped.Mesut ozil - Al right i agree he perfoms well just recently. But imagine all the legendary players he
was often compared to during his
time at real madrid. On coming to arsenal he found no rotation often overused, suffered many injuries and his confidence dwindled. It
is pretty clear arsene does not take any responsibility for players. And when
at arsenal you have to
be your own manager. You need not rely on your manager otherwise you might continue
being the same player for the next many years. That
is why each and every player
are what they
are because of their own efforts and wenger had nothing to do with it.Van persie
was the same player for over 7 years untill he himself decided to change.Wenger only organises and prepares tge team while the rest
is in your court.It
is not what so many people make it out to
be.Thats why we need to pressure wenger more than our own players. They
are their own self managers and wenger needs to take that responsibility
«
If you
're not a pressing side, then you have to press for months and years
at a
time in order to get it right, it
's really
difficult.
Its going to
be quite
difficult to get a starting place, by the
time he his healed and fit, with the competition for places
at the moment, some players will start wishing that our injury curse continues, look
at it, Coquelin would have
been gone by now
if Arsenal had not suffered from injury problems in November
In order for Wenger to complete his obligational duties, including team talks before the match and
at half
time, it would prove
difficult for Wenger in regards to
time,
if he
was to
be seated elsewhere.
Klose
's obviously a perfectly capable striker, and Frings
was, once upon a
time, a very good pivot midfielder, but it
's difficult to look
at that Germany side and compare it to the current one without snickering,
if only because Lukas Podolski
is, somehow, still starting.
Man city attack even
if a bit more sluggish after exertions last week must
be licking their lips
at the lack of pace and closing down that this combo offers... The only way we can get anything
if attack scores 3
times...
Difficult to see how
I also find it
difficult to believe that Wenger would not have taken back Fabregas, even
if he
was a bit surplus
at the
time, what a surplus to have!
Although it will
be incredibly
difficult to ever match his contributions on the pitch, it
's vitally important for a former club legend, like Henry, to publicly address his concerns regarding the direction of this club... regardless of those who still feel that Henry has some sort of agenda due to the backlash he received following earlier comments he made on air regarding Arsenal, he has an intimate understanding of the game, he knows the fans
are being hosed and he feels some sense of obligation, both professionally and personally, to tell it like he sees it... much like I've continually expressed over the last couple months, this team isn't evolving under this current ownership / management team... instead we
are currently experiencing a «stagnant» phase in our club
's storied history... a fact that can't
be hidden by simply changing the formation or bringing in one or two individuals... this team needs fundamental change in the way it conducts business both on and off the pitch or it will continue to slowly devolve into a second tier club... regardless of the euphoria surrounding our escape act on Friday evening, as it stands, this club
is more likely to
be fighting for a Europa League spot for the foreseeable future than a top 4 finish... we can't hope for the failures of others to secure our place in the top 4, we need to
be the manufacturers of our own success by doing whatever
is necessary to evolve as an organization...
if Wenger, Gazidis and Kroenke can't take the necessary steps following the debacle they manufactured last season, their removal
is imperative for our future success... unfortunately, I strongly believe that either they don't know how to proceed in the present economic climate or they
are unwilling to do whatever it takes to turn this ship around... just look
at the current state of our squad, none of our world class players
are under contract beyond this season, we have a ridiculous wage bill considering the results, we can't sell our deadwood because we've mismanaged our personnel decisions and contractual obligations, we haven't properly cultivated our younger talent and we might have become one of the worst clubs ever when it comes to way we handle our transfer business, which under Dein
was one of our greatest assets... it
's time to get things right!!!
It
is difficult to know which of those remaining
are at the same
time good enough and within our transfer and salary price range; only Andre Gray, probably,
if you
are inclined to
be generous with the good enough criteria.
«It
is going to
be difficult to score three
times because they have defended well in the tournament so far, but
if you look
at our past matches and the way we played against Manchester United (in the FA Cup quarter - final) last week, I think there
's a chance we can still progress.
«Now, especially on Sunday and during Christmas
time, which we all know how
difficult it
is to win every single game, we need to keep that pace
if we want to
be in a position to challenge for the title
at the end of the season.
If you looking for a sports betting information or want make smart bet without

i'll
be honest, i'll
be gutted
if we go out tonight.when you look
at the teams left in the carling cup only man utd & villa possibly stand in our way from winning it.i honestly reckon that
if it
was an arsenal v man utd final every single arsenal fan would
be up for it, i know i would.the good thing
is as well the carling cup final
is in feb and winning it could give huge confidence to the squad especially
if we
are in contention for the other trophies.the biggest thing that worries me
is injuries to key players, but imagine arsenal parading the cup
at wembley and every one of those players having a winners medal on their sideboard, the team
's belief would
be an all -
time high.while i agree with you that the 3 other trophies
are more important, but don't you think it
was great to hear wenger
being positive.i thought it sent out a message of intent and belief although we all know it
's difficult winning one trophy besides 4.
