You must
be watching lots
of soaps where where women
are stronger and smarter than men... However,
in real life men
are twice
as strong
as women and a woman would not have a
chance of winning with comparatively trained man
of her size.
We had a

They may have managed to cancel St Totteringham's Day this season, but the fact
is that Sp *
rs are still going to end this campaign without a trophy
as usual, while Arsenal
are still
in with a real
chance of winning their third FA Cup
in four years.
There
's basically no sense
in allowing a player leave for free. The disgraceful thing
is he
's our best player and you
're letting him go for free.PSG have also given us the
chance to include Lucas Moura / Blaise Matuidi
in the deal. Why not take Matuidi and run. Then go all out to find his replacement before the season starts.I just don't see sense
in keeping him.Common sense tells us that he should
be sold.You
're not granted the title
with or without him and just so you know, teams have
won the EPL
with wingers who
are not better than Sanchez.Arsene should
be smart before it
's too late.I said weeks ago that if he knows
in his heart that he
's going to sell he had better do it quickly before teams start placing mammoth prices on their players
as they'll know that desperation
of suitors grows towards the end
of the window.
The Arsenal winger - turned - striker Theo Walcott

I just don't know what
's wrong
with Arsenal fans.Sure I get it
as humans we all have our preferences but things start to look funny when we begin to bash and criticize a player like he
's useless.I just don't get why Arsenal fans do nt want Vardy.Oh
is it because he
's not world class, he
's English, He
's not a big name, he
's a fairy tale, you feel all he does
is run, he
's not got a better history
in footballing until now or you feel Giroud
is better or what?I really pity Arsenal fans honestly.I would've taken Jamie Vardy
in a heartbeat.Sure he
's not the best option out there. But I'll say this and say it again it
's not a world class striker that
wins you a league but rather just increases your
chances of winning the league. If you've watched Arsenal clearly from the time since Henry left you realized that it
's more
of not
being able to find a clinical striker.Eduardo
was not a already a finished product when he started his career here yet he
was clinical and
was on world class form until injury. What Arsenal need now
is a world class finisher if they can't get a world class striker.
«We didn't make a mistake at the back, you could see that necessity to
win was playing a bit on the mind
of our players
in the end and the fact
as well that we could not take our
chances, you try to force it too much and to not play
with enough freedom.
Arsenal Has NOT played well even
in the games they
won had they
been playing a team
with Good attackers they would have lost those games
as well
as the opposition had plenty
of chances to score but failed to hit the target that
is not down to good defense just the other teams
was poor at finishing that Arsenal had a clean sheet.
I
'm not saying Wenger hasn't
been good for us because
of course he has but pretending we
were nothing before he turned up
as arsene who straight from Japan, we gave him the
chance to manage a team which had
won the league six years prior
with a fantastic defence and goalkeeper, a newly arrived Dutchman and the second best goal scorer
in our history.
Every action has risks including inaction, we know that our strike force at the moment
is not up to EPL
winning quality, inaction means, we
are ok
with that, we
are also ok to take a
chance of injuries, just like Welbeck went down Giroud could too,
in any case all I
am trying to say
is that not buying
is just
as risky and can
be even more so than buying.
Anyhow — more quality
in the top 4 would probably mean a tighter race and I imagine our best
chance of winning will
be in tight race
as we
are unlikely to walk away
with it any time soon.
One
of the reasons why a lot
of people
in football
were so hard on Arsenal for not
winning the Premier League title last season, despite improving our finishing position again and finishing
as runners up to the surprise champions Leicester City,
was that it
was seen
as the perfect
chance for us
with Chelsea flopping and both
of the Manchester clubs struggling.
50 - 70 mil striker might
win you crucial games
in EPL and CL... If we got that one we won't
be knocked out every time from 16 - round
of the CL, we might have taken the
chances that we had against Utd and Chelsea...
With this type
of thinking we lost our title the season before when we
were top
of the league and I genuinely believe we lost that to City because we did not add striker
as a main reason...
I tell you from a footballing point
of view scoring 8 goals you got have players that know where the goal posts
are it takes energy and creativity to score 8 yes I agree vikings changed their players because their league
is starting i think tomorrow so yes they
were not a big team team but to say that Arsenal
were not strong thats a bit to much and I say it again you need energy and creativity to score 8 I
was very happy they did that Arsenal
are well known for creating
chances yesterday they converted them
chances into Goals this should
be the norm and I hope this will give them a lesson on how to
win a game
as they did nt dwell about
with the ball it
was goal after goal and that tells me that they went for the goals directly and I hope and wish the young guns all the best and to do well
in the next season
And when you look back at the last decade, none
of those youngsters have progressed
in the way that they
were hyped up to and yes I
'm talking about the likes
of Ramsey, Walcott, Jack Wheelchair and the Ox who all had a one season wonder
of some sort, during one point
in their Arsenal careers, thus far and We can't keep using this excuse for not buying ready made quality, which would instantly improve our
chances of winning a major trophy or two, but No, Wenger wants to stick
with a theory which clearly isn't working for us on the pitch, but he doesn't really care,
as long
as it works out well for saving the penny's and the pounds,
in the place where it matters most for Arsenal fc,
in the bank.
With all the strange goings on this season, I think there
is a good
chance that at least two
of the players targeted by Arsenal for a transfer move to north London last summer will
be regretting their decision,
as both Jamie Vardy and Riyad Mahrez
were wanted by Arsene Wenger after playing major parts
in the amazing Premier League title
win of the Foxes.
3 League titles / 6 Fa cups and constant champions league last 16odd years out
of 19 also but no matter what anyone says his time
as our coach has come to an end even if we
win the league which
in fairness we have a great shot so going out
of Europe could help us
win the league for Wenger to leave on a high like fergie did... This has to
be his last season
in charge along
with Stan the Conman... Money needs put into this squad to get it to the next level and a different direction because
in all honesty when we beat Bayern they just did nt take their
chances like they did last night and they already had a great squad and added to it
in the summer
with Costa etc... we had a real
chance this year if we had brought
in more than Cech and that
is Wengers fault!
It
is another must
win game for Arsenal
in the Premier League tomorrow,
as with just 10 games left our
chances of a top four finish and the usual place
in the Champions League really
is hanging by a thread.
Arsene Wenger, Arsenal fans and anyone connected
with the club would have
been hoping for Everton to take something from the Merseyside derby yesterday and for Burnley to keep Turf Moor
as the home fortress it has
been all season, but unfortunately for us and our
chances of finishing
in the top four, Liverpool
won at a canter and Tottenham did the same despite missing their top scorer Harry Kane.
Really hope this
is his last season we have absolutely no
chance of winning the prem
with him
as sad
as that
is to say, yes he
's done alot
won titles
in last etc built stadium etc etc etc but his times up.
Injuries
are of major concern but more importantly when the game
is not going how you expect you don't leave it till the final ten minutes to change the dynamic, and you don't field your best 11 against the lesser teams (unless you don't trust the players on the bench,
in which case you should sell them) sometimes I wish he
was as brave
as mourinho who
is not afraid to take a player off at half time if he thinks it provides him
with a better
chance of winning.
His side will have to
win their final group game
with Turkey on Tuesday to stand a
chance of making it through,
in which they may
be able to qualify
as one
of the best third - placed sides
of the group stages.
this window has just finished i
am already thinking about who we will get for the january window we might try for khedira on a really low offer
as he
is free agent almost would help boost numbers
in midfield
in the new year
as we will no doubt need to filling the numbers about then also i will hold my hands up and say i
was wrong this morning for giving wenger stick and saying welbeck
is rubbish i have
been out
in the cold light
of day and had a
chance to reevaluate the situation and realized that this could
be a canny shrew transfer on wenger behalf actually if wenger can turn the clock back and work his magic on welbeck and get him scoring goals and improve his game then we could have a great underrated signing on our hands its wengers absolute trust
in him that might
be what makes him a great player
as this
is something that he never had at old mordor if anybody can make him a world beater wenger can he loves this little pet projects improving players against the odds welbeck has the skillset to
be high class player upfornt he just needs to work very hard on his finishing i think once he gets a few goals under his belt he will settle
in fine and he
is a team player you could put him on the left against man city to shore up that side and he will put
in a great shift without a complaint that could
be his biggest asset to us or on the right whenever we need him there ithinkwenger might start himon the left against city to protect the left back against navas and i bet you if he does a great job we will take a shine to him quickly i
am hopeing he will
be one
of those wenger gems that he finds and polishes up to a high finish i must admit i
was annoyed
as some other gunners
were at not signing d /
m and c / h but if wenger does
win the league
with this lot it will
be his greatest
win yet and what might play
in to our hands
is the unpredictable nature
of the league
in the last few seasons if we get on a good run at the right time we might
be hard to stop look at city they should have never lost to stoke but the result
is there
in black and white for all to see and i think chelsea will hit the skids after a while to just because cesc and costa
are doing well now thats there main threat but teams will work out how to stop them
as the season goes on and chelsea will become predictable i think we might just do well this season after all
The claim that what we saw
was us not turning up
is as pathetic and utterly unacceptable an excuse to use because we've
been down this road before, WEEKS
were spent hyping Arsenal up, players, fans and coaching staff alike spent weeks
in advance talking about our real
chances winning the league, our players back from injury and on the first game
of the season, where we had renewed optimism and
were swelling
with expectation we cracked under the pressure to a team you expect to finish no higher than 8th.
The other big reason for Arsenal to ensure that we perform well
in the remaining league games
is the confidence and form that comes
with a good run and how that could improve the
chances of us
winning the Europa League, so while he may want to rest the best players for the Thursday night games I think that Wenger should give almost
as much focus to the league games, starting
with the Saints this weekend.
even when he suffered a serious knee injury, instead
of accepting the fact that he would never stick his legs into the spaces that
were crucial for someone
with straight ahead speed to succeed, the club actually contemplated giving him a
chance to play up top where his lack
of physicality, size and holding up play talents would
been on display for all to see... these
are not the actions
of a club that really cares about
winning at the highest levels, but they
are the actions
of a club that wasn't interested
in spending the necessary resources to purchases a world - class striker, which
is usually the most expensive position on the pitch... instead we adopted the horrible phrase «like a new signing» and proceeded to allow this ridiculous experiment to carry on, which ultimately caused some discomfort on the training pitch and inside the locker room
as players battled for a position that shouldn't have
been theirs for the taking
in the first place... don't get me wrong, I believe that Walcott
is a talented player, who can help a team reach their goals, if their goals
are relatively modest... just look at the teams who supposedly expressed interest
in his services and they weren't the kind
of clubs who aspire to
win at the highest levels...
as for the reasons why he hasn't
been bitching and moaning about moving on just look at the wage benefits he receives from our club and his obvious desire to enjoy the societal advantages that come
with playing
in North London for a club
with worldwide appeal... so instead
of continuing to try to fix a coat
with a broken zipper simply move on and buy a new and better coat
December hasn't
been kind to Arsenal
as usual
with the loss to Man United and the draws
with West Ham, Southampton and Liverpool, but going forward
in the next six weeks we have great
chances of doing our customary
winning run and ensuring our place
in the Top Four at the end
of the season.
BUT unfortunately those qualities rarely
win you things
in the modern game so whoever we
are linked
with, let's just hope and pray they share the same romantic views
of the beautiful game
as Wenger does because once managers like Pep, Moanhino, Conte signals interest
in any player we want,
chances are they, the players will choose these 3 over us, simply because these teams have more money than us and most tellingly these managers
are recently more successful and k knows how to
win whilst Wenger seems lost and bereft
of ideas
in the last 10 years...
I have
been reading comments
of fans on here, especially those who have chosen to appreciate the average
in ability that a striker like giroud possess, my question for ya all
is, when did arsenal become a team so low on profile to sing praise
of a striker who no one can rank among the top 3 striker
in the league, I have seen an arsenal team
with a striking force
with players like, anelka, Wright, Henry, v persie, no one can rank giroud or whatever his name
is in the category
of my mentioned strikers.we all have got to face it, giroud
is not good enough to
be leading the attack
of a team dreaming
of winning the league, and Henry
is right saying arsenal can't
win the league
with giroud
as our striker,,, check this out, man u
won league titles
with strikers like Rooney, van nisteroy, v persie, man city
won with aguero, Chelsea
with drogba and now Costa, giroud stand no
chance against any
of those.let's stop appreciating mediocrity, wenger should get us a good striker
as giroud
is damn too average for arsenal
Well im not
in a wonderland he has his failings
as we all do and great teams find a way to
win good teams sit where we
are 6 -5-4 but thats besides the point and it would
be nice if your aunty had bolocks cause then we d
be second but ive watched the games
were an offensive team most the time although
were terrible
in the pissing rain but for the most part the game plans have worked weve created
chances quality scoring
chances one after the other problem
is for me the finishing unless we sit back
with 9 man behind the ball or ten when you push forward you will give up a goal if you lousy forwards fail to finish the set ups have
been there this year but our strikers have failed to kill the games if we create quality
chances and grab leads
in the first 60 minutes like we have for the most part and
in those games those games should
of been killed even if we give a goal or two alongside the strategy but we failed to hit multiple should
be goals we tried laca we'll see abou auba although hes a bit lazy so far but we'll see but we've lacked that quality
in front goal a player the
chances have
been there im looking at the failure
of the strikers and maybe that
is his fault but monreal has scored
as many goals recently
as our strikers and thats sad our defenders or a midfielder will score and our stikers cant tally one
in th first 60 mins
of a game alongside them then
were tired for last 40 give them hope there still only down one and we rue our missed
chances while they push thats where iv
been frustrated
with this season not the tactics but the finishing
When it comes to Arsenals predicted performance for the season ahead, they started off
with an estimated position
of 5th
with odds
of 11 - 1 to
win the league although
as time
is going on, it seems they could
be in with a slightly higher
chance of getting a better position.
Arsene Wenger
was clearly disappointed after seeing his Arsenal team beaten at home by a strong and determined Watford side, and not just because it destroys the
chance of the Gunners
winning a third FA cup trophy
in a row and all the records that would have gone
with it, for the club and the manager
as an individual.
I
'm not sure if «
in control»
is the right description,
as Wenger said three times, but we
were surely
in with a
chance of winning from a breakaway goal.
Which
is why one
of those Invincibles, the great Thierry Henry,
as reported by the Daily Mail, has expressed his concern about the
chances of his beloved Arsenal going down a similar path to Liverpool, who have never
won the Premier League and last became champions
of England back
in 1990
with Kenny Dalglish
as manager.
The problem
with Giroud
is not the amount
of goals he scores, it
is those that he misses. We create so many goal scoring opportunities but convert so few, and that
is why we need a more clinical finisher.Against Monaco at home, Giroud missed FIVE glorious opportunities to score and cost us a spot
in the quarters.Against Man utd away, he missed 3 wonderful opportunities to
win us the game.We need someone who can finish off the many
chances we create, simple
as that
Winning the third title
in Soweto
was particularly sweet
as they
were robbed
of the
chance to defend the title there
in 1996 because a political cold war
with South Africa led to Nigeria withdrawing.
Please idiots stop commenting on Giroud if you wish to finish 4 th then support him, if you want to
win the PL the he had 4
chances 3 sitters, how many
of those
chances would Martinez, Falco, Cavani score that
's the difference between a top side, and Wiltshire May
as well sat at home
with me, awful couldn't lace Febregas boots and never will, the balance
of the side
was good today although we had bo tempo and no focal point, swop play ozil
in the middle leave Wiltshire off, and Sanchez left, and Cavani up front then play chambers DM SORTED
Truth
is mistakes
were made by both keepers, Arsenal had more
chances without playing
as well
as they should,
with Reading seldom
in our half, Shezesny hardly troubled and not required to pull off heroic saves like his opposite number, none
of which describes this
win as lucky.
GOONSTER Yes your right we did have some great players
in the past and why not now??? If you think we could
win the legue
with this squad
with NO striker then your deluded I
'm hoping that AW will buy quality striker and more otherwise our hopes
of wining the legue
is almost impossible and as for CL no chance but all it takes is to buy couple of more right players we have more than enough funds in the bank so why why why not????? Is it because if Arsen buys quality players then there is no exuse for not wining trophies, I still belive in Wanger but I think his scared of controlling world class players so he goes for neede players or with injury histor

While things
are looking pretty flippin» good from an Arsenal point
of view right now,
with a decent draw against Reading at home for the next round
of the EFL cup
as well
as a good
chance of topping our Champions League group and
winning the last four Premier League games
in a row, the Gunners
are still faced
with the worrying fact that we
are still five points behind the current league leaders.
IMO, his only
chance of a stay
of executuion
is to
win the Europa and
with Welbeck
as our main striker and Mustafi and Xhaka likely to start
in first eleven, only a fool would back us
winning it.

If Spurs can
win Saturday's showdown, they can write off December's hiding
as an anomalous result and send a clear message that they have no need to fear or envy anyone — that,
with a clean slate
in August, they will
be back
in a position where they have just
as much
chance of glory next season
as any
of their domestic rivals.

With 12 assists he stood proudly atop the Premier League's assist charts and his 95
chances created
was bettered only by David Silva and Leighton Baines, neither
of whom guided their team to a European cup
win as Mata did
in the Europa League.

Even though Aguero
is frequently
being offered the
chance to perform
in different clubs
with distinct teams, neither Manchester City nor Aguero himself appear to
be interested
in ending their relationship which
is good news for the Premier League club
as they have

in the world and it
's even better for Aguero
as he
is climbing his way into the history - books
of a club that can not only compete to
win the Premier League but also the Champions League.

Both these sides
were victorious
in midweek,
with Chelsea beating Spartak Moscow on Wednesday night 4 - 1 to ensure they
were one
of the first to qualify for the knock - outs
as 24 hours later Liverpool
were enhancing their
chances of progression into the Europa League knock - outs courtesy
of a 3 - 1 comeback
win over Italian improver's Napoli at Anfield.
