In this video I
'm going to show you a great way to get better keywords out of the Google Adwords Keyword tool if you haven't seen the previous video you'll want to watch that video where I show you how to get better search volume numbers from both google adwords as well as some other sources to get better estimates
for the amount of
times that keyword
is searched each month i'll put a link in the video here so that you can click that video if you haven't seen that yet let
's get started now if you want better results from the Google Adwords Keyword planner you have to work a little differently than everyone else so most people come to the Google Adwords Keyword planner and they simply click on this search
for new keywords using a phrase, website, or category and
then they just paste a bunch of keywords into this text box so let
's say as an example that these
were our starting keywords ok so let
's say we have the keywords «fishing tips» «fishing tackle» «fishing
for bass» «fishing rod» and «fishing reel» what most people do
is that they would simply come here and they would copy this they would paste it into this field and they would hit Search and they would get back their results and that
's fine but one little tip that will help you get much better results
is only paste in one key word at a
time so instead of pasting all these in just paste in the single keyword «fishing tips» and
then proceed from there to pull that those results up and you'll get this back if you click right here you can download the ideas you'll notice they
're 701 here listed so if we download these ideas will download them to a CSV file comma separated value file you can open that
with notepad you can open it
with excel open office when you
're finished putting all your ideas and individually you will now have a bunch of different common separate value files containing the keywords and the search volume I've already gone ahead and done that just to save
time on the video but i want to show you what happens when you use this method versus just pasting in the keywords like most people do so here you'll see this column here represents these two columns here represent if we had pasted in all of the keywords at once and click search at google adwords keyword tool
is one that showed you and you'll see we have a total of 706 results we got back when we did that this column this column here represents what happens when we paste one key word at a
time and
then download the file paste the second keyword download the file and
then we just simply grab those terms and copy them and you'll see now we have a total of 1,915 keywords now what I've done
with the highlighting here
is to show you anything that
's not highlighted in this column
is a keyword we would not have gotten back had we pasted in all the keywords at once you can see there
's lots and lots of keywords here we would not have seen know your competitors and the company
's you
're competing against they
're using probably the simple method just pasting a bunch of keywords sitting search and
then looking through those terms to find their terms if you will take the extra few minutes it takes doesn't take
long to simply go in and paste one key word at a
time you will get back a ton of great keywords that others aren't seeing because they
're using this other method and in actuality when I ran the numbers there
's a total of 3.8 million searches represented by these keywords here that you would miss if you simply just copied and pasted those five terms and hit search the Google Adwords Keyword planner once you've used the google keyword planner to find lots of new keyword ideas what do you do
with all those keywords the biggest problem
is that you can there
are so many keyword tools out there you can get hundreds of thousands of keywords by spending a day using the different keyword tools but what you do
with all that information the answer
is a cool tool called keyword grouper pro and Keyword Grouper Pro
is completely free there
's not even an opt in you just simply download the tool now at the top of this video there
's a link if you click that i'll show you exactly how to use keyword grouper pro doesn't matter where you got your keywords from i
'm going to show you how to take those keywords group them into tight groups and
then you can set up your campaigns and know exactly which groups represent buyers and once you know where the buyers
are at you can simply focus your marketing in that area to make more profit in your business

I have had this experience three

for some reason or other, I happen to remark that, considered purely as an artist, Dostoevsky
is immeasurably inferior to Tolstoy; at this, a single pained gasp of incredulity breaks out somewhat to the right of the podium, and I turn my head to see a woman
with long brown hair, somewhere in her middle thirties, seated in the third or fourth row, shaking her head in wide - eyed astonishment at my loutish stupidity.

I
'm so sick of people telling those of us who
are disgruntled fans to relax and give this club
time to correct itself...
for anyone who believes that taking a wait - and - see approach
is appropriate at this juncture they should take a good
long look at themselves in the mirror because they
are a big part of the problem... no other «big» club
's fans would stand
for this shit
for nearly as
long as we have... think about it, we've witnessed a changing of the guard at every major club in England, Spain, France and Germany in the last several years because those «big» clubs failed to live up to expectations (Barcelona, Real Madrid, Bayern, PSG, Chelsea, ManU, ManCity etc...)...
for some reason, many fans have become as fragile as our current manager, believing that there couldn't possibly
be a suitable replacement, even though everyone of these clubs have found multiple replacements and still achieved far more than our club... this mindset has
been created by an organization that has
been milking it
's fans, telling countless lies (no world class players available) and lowering expectations every since they rolled out the biggest lie of all: that we couldn't spend because of the new stadium but once it
was paid off we could compete
with any team in the world... this organization
is rotting from the inside out and if we don't demand that those in charge put soccer first this despicable behaviour won't end
with Wenger
's ridiculous 2 year contract... I think the real fear isn't that a suitable replacement doesn't exist, but that this organization
is so money hungry and poorly mismanaged that we will sink even lower by choosing our next coach the same way they choose our players, on the cheap... even so, we need to see what mustache will do if left to his own devices so he will have to show his true colours... only
then can we purge this club and start anew

Some Arsenal fans have not

with the club
for keeping Arsene Wenger as our manager
for some
time now and even though the pressure may have

with back to back FA cup wins at Wembley, the failure so far this season to take advantage of the struggles of the Premier League big boys has brought it all back
with a bang.
I would like to see us fans get behind the idea of the rebuild, we all know that we have players who
are not performing as they should and haven't
for a
long time, if the board can
be pushed to sell some of them and replace them
with players who will improve our squad
then why not support that?
If your happy
with the situation
then by all means
be happy and keep hoping that the club will win things, I would suggest that if that
's the case your likely to
be suffering from a severe bout of disappointment
for a very
long time.
This
is an incredibly difficult question to answer
for a variety of reasons, most importantly because over the years our once vaunted «beautiful» style of play has become a shadow of it
's former self, only to
be replaced by a less than stellar «plug and play» mentality where players play out of position and adjustments / substitutions
are rarely forthcoming before the 75th minute... if you look at our current players, very few would make sense in the traditional Wengerian system... at present, we don't have the personnel to move the ball quickly from deep - lying position, efficient one touch midfielders that can make the necessary through balls or the disciplined and pacey forwards to stretch defences into wide positions, without the aid of the backs coming up into the final 3rd, so that we can attack the defensive lanes in the same clinical fashion we did years ago... on this current squad, we have only 1 central defender on staf, Mustafi, who seems to have any prowess in the offensive zone or who can even pass two zones through so that we can advance play quickly out of our own end (I have seen some inklings that suggest Holding might have some offensive qualities but too early to tell)... unfortunately Mustafi has a tendency to get himself in trouble when he gets overly aggressive on the ball... from our backs out wide, we've seen pace from the likes of Bellerin and Gibbs and the spirited albeit offensively stunted play of Monreal, but none of these players possess the skill - set required in the offensive zone
for the new Wenger scheme which requires deft touches, timely runs to the baseline and consistent crossing, especially when Giroud
was playing and his ratio of scored goals per clear chances
was relatively low (better last year though)... obviously I like Bellerin
's future prospects, as you can't teach pace, but I do worry that he regressed last season, which
was obvious to Wenger because there
was no way he would have used Ox as the right side wing - back so often knowing that Barcelona could come calling in the off - season, if he thought otherwise... as
for our midfielders, not a single one, minus the more confident Xhaka I watched played
for the Swiss national team a couple years ago, who truly makes sense under the traditional Wenger model... Ramsey holds onto the ball too
long, gives the ball away cheaply far too often and abandons his defensive responsibilities on a regular basis (doesn't score enough recently to justify): that
being said, I've always thought he does possess a little something special, unfortunately he thinks so too... Xhaka
is a little too slow to ever boss the midfield and he tends to telegraph his one true strength, his
long ball play: although I must admit he did get a bit better during some points in the latter part of last season... it always made me wonder why whenever he played
with Coq Wenger always seemed to play Francis in a more advanced role on the pitch... as
for Coq, he
is way too reckless at the wrong
times and has exhibited little offensive prowess yet finds himself in and around the box far too often... let
's face it Wenger
was ready to throw him in the trash heap when injuries forced him to use Francis and
then he had the nerve to act like this
was all part of a bigger Wenger constructed plan... he like Ramsey, Xhaka and Elneny don't offer the skills necessary to satisfy the quick transitory nature of our old offensive scheme or the stout defensive mindset needed to protect the defensive zone so that our offensive players can remain aggressive in the final third... on the front end, we have Ozil, a player of immense skill but stunted by his physical demeanor that tends to offend, the fact that he
's been played out of position far too many
times since arriving and that the players in front of him, minus Sanchez, make little to no sense considering what he has to offer (especially Giroud); just think about the quick counter-attack offence in Real or the space and protection he receives in the German National team
's midfield, where teams couldn't afford to focus too heavily on one individual... this player
was a passing «specialist»
long before he arrived in North London, so only an arrogant or ignorant individual would try to reinvent the wheel and / or not surround such a talent
with the necessary components... in regards to Ox, Walcott and Welbeck, although they all possess serious talents I see them in large part as headless chickens who
are on the injury table too much, lack the necessary first - touch and / or lack the finishing flair to warrant their inclusion in a regular starting eleven; I would say that, of the 3, Ox showed the most upside once we went to a back 3, but even he became a bit too consumed by his pending contract talks before the season ended and that concerned me a bit... if I had to choose one of those 3 players to stay on it would
be Ox due to his potential as a plausible alternative to Bellerin in that wing - back position should we continue to use that formation... in Sanchez, we get one of the most committed skill players we've seen on this squad
for some years but that could all change soon, if it hasn't already of course... strangely enough, even he doesn't make sense given the constructs of the original Wenger offensive model because he holds onto the ball too
long and he will give the ball up a little too often in the offensive zone... a fact that
is largely forgotten due to his infectious energy and the fact that the numbers he has achieved seem to justify the means... finally, and in many ways most crucially, Giroud, there
is nothing about this team or the offensive system that Wenger has traditionally employed that would even suggest such a player would make sense as a starter... too slow, too inefficient and way too easily dispossessed... once again, I think he has some special skills and, at
times, has showed some world - class qualities but he
's lack of mobility
is an albatross around the necks of our offence... so when you ask who would
be our best starting 11, I don't have a clue because of the 5 or 6 players that truly deserve a place in this side, 1 just arrived, 3 aren't under contract beyond 2018 and the other
was just sold to Juve... man, this
is theraputic because following this team
is like an addiction to heroin without the benefits
And if you
are saying that Giroud can
be good back up if we play 2 up top
then in that case we have Welbeck as well... I know he don't score often but
for back up player you need not have world class striker... So I think Giroud
with cash
is good deal and if we get Aubameyang
then it will
be amazing transfer window after
long time..

for sure that he will reach my expectation and maybe you do not see it that way and you might feel i
am not speaking
with facts or whatever but life itself has no formula and
is not really bound by facts because we make the facts.Afobe can become a world class player and i do not care if any manager in the EPL does not see it that way but i see it that way.
For talent
is given to the one who can harness it and once things go right
then i expect him to
be there. No one can take that away from him.
I can only hope that this attempt
is taken more seriously than the largely muted and clearly unsuccessful protests of late last season... although the plane writing escapade brought some much - needed attention to the matter, it failed to resonate
with fence - sitters and those who had just recently fell off the Wenger truck... without a big enough showing of support the whole endeavor appeared relatively weak and poorly organized, especially to the major media outlets, whose involvement could have significantly changed what
was to follow... but I get it, few wanted to turn on their club, let alone make a public display of their discord... problem
is, they
are preying on that vulnerability, in fact, their counting on you to keep your thoughts to yourself... who
are you to tell these fat cats how to steal your money... they have worked
long and hard to pull the wool over your eyes... they even went so far as to pay enormous sums of cash to your once beloved professor to
be their corporate spokesmodel so that the whole thing would
be more palatable... eventually the club made it appear as if this
was simply a relatively small fringe group of highly radicalized supporters, which allowed the pro-Wenger element inside the club hierarchy to claim victory following the FA Cup win... unfortunately what has happened to this club can't
be solved by FA Cups or a few players coming in, the very culture of this club needs to
be changed and that starts at the top... in order to change the unhealthy and dysfunctional narrative that has absorbed this club we need to remove everyone who presently occupies a position of power... only
then can we get back to the business of playing championship caliber football, which should always
be the number one priority of this organization... on an important side note, one of the most devastating mistakes made in the final days of this hectic and poorly planned transfer window didn't have to do
with the big name players like Sanchez or Lemar, but the fact that they failed to secure Jadon Sancho, who might even start
for Dortmund this season... I think they might seriously regret this oversight... instead of spending so much
time, energy and manpower pretending that they
were desperately trying to make big moves, they once again lost the plot due to their all too familiar tunnel vision
Time for some brutal honesty... this team, as it stands, is in no better position to compete next season than they were 12 months ago, minus the fact that some fans have been easily snowed by the acquisition of Lacazette, the free transfer LB and the release of Sanogo... if you look at the facts carefully you will see a team that still has far more questions than answers... to better show what I mean by this statement I will briefly discuss the current state of affairs on a position - by - position basis... in goal we have 4 potential candidates, but in reality we have only 1 option with any real future and somehow he's the only one we have actively tried to get rid of for years because he and his father were a little too involved on social media and he got caught smoking (funny how people still defend Wiltshire under the same and far worse circumstances)... you would think we would want to keep any goaltender that Juventus had interest in, as they seem to have a pretty good history when it comes to that position... as far as the defenders on our current roster there are only a few individuals whom have the skill and / or youth worthy of our time and / or investment, as such we should get rid of anyone who doesn't meet those simple requirements, which means we should get rid of DeBouchy, Gibbs, Gabriel, Mertz and loan out Chambers to see if last seasons foray with Middlesborough was an anomaly or a prediction of things to come... some fans have lamented wildly about the return of Mertz to the starting lineup due to his FA Cup performance but these sort of pie in the sky meanderings are indicative of what's wrong with this club and it's wishy - washy fan - base... in addition to these moves the club should aggressively pursue the acquisition of dominant and mobile CB to stabilize an all too fragile defensive group that has self - destructed on numerous occasions over the past 5 seasons... moving forward and building on our need to re-establish our once dominant presence throughout the middle of the park we need to target a CDM then do whatever it takes to get that player into the fold without any of the usual nickel and diming we have become famous for (this kind of ruthless haggling has cost us numerous special players and certainly can't help make the player in question feel good about the way their future potential employer feels about them)... in order for us to become dominant again we need to be strong up the middle again from Goalkeeper to CB to DM to ACM to striker, like we did in our most glorious years before and during Wenger's reign... with this in mind, if we want Ozil to be that dominant attacking midfielder we can't keep leaving him exposed to constant ridicule about his lack of defensive prowess and provide him with the proper players in the final third... he was never a good defensive player in Real or with the German National squad and they certainly didn't suffer as a result of his presence on the pitch... as for the rest of the midfield the blame falls squarely in the hands of Wenger and Gazidis, the fact that Ramsey, Ox, Sanchez and even Ozil were allowed to regularly start when none of the aforementioned had more than a year left under contract is criminal for a club of this size and financial might... the fact that we could find money for Walcott and Xhaka, who weren't even guaranteed starters, means that our whole business model needs a complete overhaul... for me it's time to get rid of some serious deadweight, even if it means selling them below what you believe their market value is just to simply right this ship and change the stagnant culture that currently exists... this means saying goodbye to Wiltshire, Elneny, Carzola, Walcott and Ramsey... everyone, minus Elneny, have spent just as much time on the training table as on the field of play, which would be manageable if they weren't so inconsistent from a performance standpoint (excluding Carzola, who is like the recent version of Rosicky — too bad, both will be deeply missed)... in their places we need to bring in some proven performers with no history of injuries... up front, although I do like the possibilities that a player like Lacazette presents, the fact that we had to wait so many years to acquire some true quality at the striker position falls once again squarely at the feet of Wenger... this issue highlights the ultimate scam being perpetrated by this club since the arrival of Kroenke: pretend your a small market club when it comes to making purchases but milk your fans like a big market club when it comes to ticket prices and merchandising... I believe the reason why Wenger hasn't pursued someone of Henry's quality, minus a fairly inexpensive RVP, was that he knew that they would demand players of a similar ilk to be brought on board and that wasn't possible when the business model was that of a «selling» club... does it really make sense that we could only make a cheeky bid for Suarez, or that we couldn't get Higuain over the line when he was being offered up for half the price he eventually went to Juve for, or that we've only paid any interest to strikers who were clearly not going to press their current teams to let them go to Arsenal like Benzema or Cavani... just part of the facade that finally came crashing down when Sanchez finally called their bluff... the fact remains that no one wants to win more than Sanchez, including Wenger, and although I don't agree with everything that he has done off the field, I would much rather have Alexis front and center than a manager who has clearly bought into the Kroenke model in large part due to the fact that his enormous ego suggests that only he could accomplish great things without breaking the bank... unfortunately that isn't possible anymore as the game has changed quite dramatically in the last 15 years, which has left a largely complacent and complicit Wenger on the outside looking in... so don't blame those players who demanded more and were left wanting... don't blame those fans who have tried desperately to raise awareness for several years when cracks began to appear... place the blame at the feet of those who were well aware all along of the potential pitfalls of just such a plan but continued to follow it even when it was no longer a financial necessity, like it ever really wa

time and / or investment, as such we should get rid of anyone who doesn't meet those simple requirements, which means we should get rid of DeBouchy, Gibbs, Gabriel, Mertz and loan out Chambers to see if last seasons foray with Middlesborough was an anomaly or a prediction of things to come... some fans have lamented wildly about the return of Mertz to the starting lineup due to his FA Cup performance but these sort of pie in the sky meanderings are indicative of what's wrong with this club and it's wishy - washy fan - base... in addition to these moves the club should aggressively pursue the acquisition of dominant and mobile CB to stabilize an all too fragile defensive group that has self - destructed on numerous occasions over the past 5 seasons... moving forward and building on our need to re-establish our once dominant presence throughout the middle of the park we need to target a CDM then do whatever it takes to get that player into the fold without any of the usual nickel and diming we have become famous for (this kind of ruthless haggling has cost us numerous special players and certainly can't help make the player in question feel good about the way their future potential employer feels about them)... in order for us to become dominant again we need to be strong up the middle again from Goalkeeper to CB to DM to ACM to striker, like we did in our most glorious years before and during Wenger's reign... with this in mind, if we want Ozil to be that dominant attacking midfielder we can't keep leaving him exposed to constant ridicule about his lack of defensive prowess and provide him with the proper players in the final third... he was never a good defensive player in Real or with the German National squad and they certainly didn't suffer as a result of his presence on the pitch... as for the rest of the midfield the blame falls squarely in the hands of Wenger and Gazidis, the fact that Ramsey, Ox, Sanchez and even Ozil were allowed to regularly start when none of the aforementioned had more than a year left under contract is criminal for a club of this size and financial might... the fact that we could find money for Walcott and Xhaka, who weren't even guaranteed starters, means that our whole business model needs a complete overhaul... for me it's time to get rid of some serious deadweight, even if it means selling them below what you believe their market value is just to simply right this ship and change the stagnant culture that currently exists... this means saying goodbye to Wiltshire, Elneny, Carzola, Walcott and Ramsey... everyone, minus Elneny, have spent just as much time on the training table as on the field of play, which would be manageable if they weren't so inconsistent from a performance standpoint (excluding Carzola, who is like the recent version of Rosicky — too bad, both will be deeply missed)... in their places we need to bring in some proven performers with no history of injuries... up front, although I do like the possibilities that a player like Lacazette presents, the fact that we had to wait so many years to acquire some true quality at the striker position falls once again squarely at the feet of Wenger... this issue highlights the ultimate scam being perpetrated by this club since the arrival of Kroenke: pretend your a small market club when it comes to making purchases but milk your fans like a big market club when it comes to ticket prices and merchandising... I believe the reason why Wenger hasn't pursued someone of Henry's quality, minus a fairly inexpensive RVP, was that he knew that they would demand players of a similar ilk to be brought on board and that wasn't possible when the business model was that of a «selling» club... does it really make sense that we could only make a cheeky bid for Suarez, or that we couldn't get Higuain over the line when he was being offered up for half the price he eventually went to Juve for, or that we've only paid any interest to strikers who were clearly not going to press their current teams to let them go to Arsenal like Benzema or Cavani... just part of the facade that finally came crashing down when Sanchez finally called their bluff... the fact remains that no one wants to win more than Sanchez, including Wenger, and although I don't agree with everything that he has done off the field, I would much rather have Alexis front and center than a manager who has clearly bought into the Kroenke model in large part due to the fact that his enormous ego suggests that only he could accomplish great things without breaking the bank... unfortunately that isn't possible anymore as the game has changed quite dramatically in the last 15 years, which has left a largely complacent and complicit Wenger on the outside looking in... so don't blame those players who demanded more and were left wanting... don't blame those fans who have tried desperately to raise awareness for several years when cracks began to appear... place the blame at the feet of those who were well aware all along of the potential pitfalls of just such a plan but continued to follow it even when it was no longer a financial necessity, like it ever really wa

are indicative of what
's wrong
with this club and it
's wishy - washy fan - base... in addition to these moves the club should aggressively pursue the acquisition of dominant and mobile CB to stabilize an all too fragile defensive group that has self - destructed on numerous occasions over the past 5 seasons... moving forward and building on our need to re-establish our once dominant presence throughout the middle of the park we need to target a CDM
then do whatever it takes to get that player into the fold without any of the usual nickel and diming we have become famous
for (this kind of ruthless haggling has cost us numerous special players and certainly can't help make the player in question feel good about the way their future potential employer feels about them)... in order
for us to become dominant again we need to
be strong up the middle again from Goalkeeper to CB to DM to ACM to striker, like we did in our most glorious years before and during Wenger
's reign...
with this in mind, if we want Ozil to
be that dominant attacking midfielder we can't keep leaving him exposed to constant ridicule about his lack of defensive prowess and provide him
with the proper players in the final third... he
was never a good defensive player in Real or
with the German National squad and they certainly didn't suffer as a result of his presence on the pitch... as
for the rest of the midfield the blame falls squarely in the hands of Wenger and Gazidis, the fact that Ramsey, Ox, Sanchez and even Ozil
were allowed to regularly start when none of the aforementioned had more than a year left under contract
is criminal
for a club of this size and financial might... the fact that we could find money
for Walcott and Xhaka, who weren't even guaranteed starters, means that our whole business model needs a complete overhaul...
for me it
's time to get rid of some serious deadweight, even if it means selling them below what you believe their market value is just to simply right this ship and change the stagnant culture that currently exists... this means saying goodbye to Wiltshire, Elneny, Carzola, Walcott and Ramsey... everyone, minus Elneny, have spent just as much time on the training table as on the field of play, which would be manageable if they weren't so inconsistent from a performance standpoint (excluding Carzola, who is like the recent version of Rosicky — too bad, both will be deeply missed)... in their places we need to bring in some proven performers with no history of injuries... up front, although I do like the possibilities that a player like Lacazette presents, the fact that we had to wait so many years to acquire some true quality at the striker position falls once again squarely at the feet of Wenger... this issue highlights the ultimate scam being perpetrated by this club since the arrival of Kroenke: pretend your a small market club when it comes to making purchases but milk your fans like a big market club when it comes to ticket prices and merchandising... I desagree regarding JW
being ordenery he
is not he
is a weary special player but injury players on his mind and he canot shake it off so soon it takes a
long time for injuries forgotten, as
for salary even
with a salary reduction he will still earn more
then most Totenham players so he should shut up and if he becomes injury free and players like he realy can
then I
'm sure Arsenal will top his wages
Have
been thinking it
for a
long time,
then heard Niall Quinn say it — the only way we can succeed
with AW in charge,
is to bring back David Dein — how many bad signings did we make when he
was in charge of recruitment compared to now?
Guys why
are we comparing arsenal to barca i love arsenal it my club but i must
be realistic barca
is lite years infront of us look at the champions league last year no match they have won the champions league twice in the last five years and the last one
with kids just like arsenal so its not about how young players
are because if your good enough your old enough and
am afraid the arsenal youngsters walcott, deneilson, nasri, diaby, bendtner, even the great vanpercy who all arsenal fans rate who as i mentioned before (Has not scored a free kick in god knows how
long) world class right these players so far have not
been good enoughso do nt blame injuries too much do nt blame refs look at the way arsenal do things something
is wrong here
is a prime example eboue joined arsenal in the 2004/2005 season to date now tell me that a
long time right would you say he
is a much better player than when he arrived i think no he has improved but only very little and thats the point football
is a short business at a big club you spend three seasons
for the most and
then you must perform.
I utilize this method
with my four month old and he goes right to bed at the same
time every evening, sleeps 4 - 6 hour stretches, wakes only to eat and
then goes right back to sleep,
is confident enough to play by himself
for long periods, and
is complimented as a very calm and present baby who seems wise beyond his years.

For about 30 mins (now that is long time on one activity in the high chair for J) we mixed the colours added more, he experimented with the different texture on his hands and then as he started to become bored to preserve his creation I placed a piece of paper on the high chair tray and printed his swirls onto

Our bodies work very hard to deal
with toxins in food and the environment, and if they've
been doing it
for a
long time,
then there
is a toll that has already
been paid.
Stephanie: Yeah, but definitely wanted to eat, it felt like all the
time but
then we also dealt
with the issue that Veronica
was mentioning where he want to sleep
for a really
long time but he
was really big baby and they wanted to test his blood sugars all the
time and I felt like things
were really disrupted and not necessarily the way we would have just naturally flowed
with them.
Because while the statistics come from drivers who
are more likely to hit something in front of them, I know from
long experience that I
am personally much more likely to
be hit from behind (never had so much as a speeding or parking ticket in spite of learning to drive in Alaska in January, and
then driving
for 4 winters in Maine
with bad summer tires, but I've
been in two nasty accidents, both
times rear - ended).
I
'm not sure if you
are still looking
for advice, but I have experience
with it... My 8 yr old stayed in the bed
with me (and hubby) since day 1, when I got pregnant
with my second when he
was 16 mths old, we set up his room
with a toddler bed (he could get out of his playpen since 9 mths un-assisted, and never had a crib) so we made sure it
was fun and playful and gave him that option, we also set up a separate cot beside out bed, so he could
be with us still (I
was not comfortable
being pregnant
with a toddler and hubby in bed
then, knowing I would have a baby soon) since I
was pregnant I
was able to talk about it to him and explain why he
was going to have to one day move to his own bed (in our room or his) by the
time I had the baby he
was starting the nights in his own bed and if he woke up he would come into his cot beside our bed... I let him continue like that as
long as he wanted, it took
time but I did not push him at all, same
with breast feeding I let him make the choice... when I left my hubby (now ex) the boys
were both big enough (2 and 4 yrs)
for me to
be comfortable
with them both in bed
with me, and I
was still nursing my younger one until he
was around 3.5 yrs old, so we just had a big bed
with us all piled in, I miss those days so much: (so how did I finally get them both out of my bed?
by getting pregnant again:P lol but they have both had their own beds
for more
then 2 yrs available to them, and they had many
times slept in them... But I
am currently thinking of getting a bigger bed so when my 5.5 mth old
is a bit bigger the boys can come in
with us again if they want (on occasion I wake up to find one or the other in bed
with me and the baby and I love it;) I know it might sound like I have taken on a lot to keep them all
with me
for so
long, but in reality the
time has went by far too fast, and the memories of those nights I love and cherish them now... what works
for me might not work
for others, I have heard of so many safe and wonderful co-sleeping (or sharing) ways that family's have came up
with, what works
for some wont work
for others, so it
is best to look into it to find the best way that works
for your family:) drmamma.org has some wonderful tips and suggestions... if you want t talk more, feel free to respond I would
be glad to help in anyway I can:)
They grow to a point that they no
longer want to sleep
with you and
then that
is it, no matter how you wish they would, just
for old
times sake.
I had a Beco
for a
long time and he
was totally outgrowing it,
then someone send me an article

I had
been struggling
with my weight and eating habits
for a
long time,
then finally buckled down and started using this free app every day.
