Based on the food pyramid, a healthy daily prenatal diet should include three to five servings of vegetables, two to four servings of fruit, six to 11 servings of grains, two to three servings of
meats (or other sources of protein like nuts or
beans), three to four servings of dairy and a single serving of sweets.

Here's the issue here — the Paleo diet is
based on eating whole foods —
