Yeah, it hasn't been going so well (maybe that's why I usually avoid making resolutions), unless you count the fact that I've been making these black
bean burritos pretty much on a weekly basis since I got the Dinner: A Love Story cookbook.

pretty sure everyone loves them; you can have them any time of the day (hello vegan breakfast
burritos), they're great for using up any leftovers from the night before and you can make them any way you like (and no, they don't have to have
beans and rice to be a
burrito).
I eat
pretty much the same thing, at least on weekdays, and no one wants to look at the same
bean burrito five mornings in a row.
