Besides the hummus, I made a sun - dried tomato and white
bean dip too, and I love it on top of some bread or with some veggie sticks.
love both recipes, always looking for ways to use cauliflower and this Dara is a good one... like

I didn't have a full buln of garlic, and I forgot to measure the
beans after cooking, so I think I had
too many, an it ended up almost a
dip like consistency.
I'd puree the
beans too and make some sort of a hummus like
dip.
I thought some garlic and rosemary would be great in this white
bean dip,

But I do make a Moroccan cannelini
bean dip with preserved lemon and I slip those little
beans out of their skin
too.

We have this gluten - free cheesy
bean dip for dinner often
too as it makes a great burrito filling!
(If you do this in a food processor, pulse it just a few times - process them
too much and they'll turn to a
bean dip!)
I find her overnight oats a bit
too liquidy for me, her split pea and spinach soup and white
bean pesto
dip underflavoured and more recently, her tahini - avocado chickpea salad also lacked spunk.
