bean - free and Paleo - friendly.
Make your own
as much
as possible — make
beans from scratch, make your own seitan, veggie burgers,
hummus, saald dressings, etc. and eat simply.
If you want extra smooth
hummus you can do
as Yotam Ottolenghi and Sami Tamimi does from their cookbook «Jerusalem» and remove the skins from the garbanzo
beans.

beans; I make them in every form I can think of, including
hummus with garbanzo
beans, but with no tahini at all (I just add a little extra water and it is
as creamy
as it would be with the high - fat tahini).
