I've been using a lot of black beans because it's common here, I live in Southern California (Orange County to be exact) and there is a strong Mexican influence in our cuisine and I am a fan of black
bean salsas etc, but we've all grown quite sick of it and I was so excited to see your chickpea stew dish.
