I kept
beans, carrot and peas
in a vessel without water, closed it with a lid and kept potatoes on top and
pressure cooked for 2 whistles.
If you are using unsoaked
beans, I recommend
cooking them
in the
pressure cooker because it is faster.
I made it without oil using water,
cooked the potatoes
in the
pressure cooker, broiled to crisp potatoes, added yams, black
beans, and pinto
beans and doubled the garlic.
