It could be that you've just consumed
too many calories
in one sitting, or you've eaten
too much of a food high
in fiber that can not be easily digested, such as
beans or brussel sprouts.
Why I like it:
In addition to being a fiber - packed food, kidney
beans help to prevent your blood sugar from spiking
too quickly after a meal.

Part of me has always hoped the meat and

Hi There: I've been lurking for a while but feel compelled to chime
in (I know, a bit late...) I've seen this trick on a lot of blogs but always felt it was
too much work to skin the
beans.
Of course, all Mexicans love coffee, but as a rule the coffee grown and served
in Mexico is very strong, with a drug - like bitterness, partly due to the
bean being
too much roasted.
I have a box of lentil - based pasta sitting
in my pantry that I'm excited to try, so I'll have to look for the black
bean version,
too.
but
in the meantime if I am anything it's stubborn and I've thrown away
too many pots of hard
beans to mess around.
It's filling and hearty, and quick to make - particularly if you have cooked
beans stashed
in the freezer... but canned
beans will work
too.
