Because I think they're delicious:
soft and creamy in the center, with a layer of
chocolate, and a violent punch of sweet nommmm to the system.
The cookies are pillowy
soft and studded with the perfectly sweet crunch of milk
chocolate M&M s. They're topped with festive sprinkles
because you can never go wrong by adding sprinkles.
Because these need to be refrigerated, the complete coating of
chocolate will prevent the pretzels from getting
soft.
Cocoa brownies have the
softest center and chewiest candylike top «crust» of all

If you leave the
chocolate at room temperature too long it will become slightly
soft because of the coconut oil.
This particular
Chocolate Chip Coffee Cake recipe is super
soft and moist
because of the sour cream used.
Our organic
chocolate truffles are heat sensitive
because they have a
soft, melt in your mouth centre.
Since you're going to be blending these with
chocolate anyway, it won't matter if they are too
soft or over ripe or turning brown
because you won't see it!
* I add a little coconut oil to the
