capacity a huge lot thanks to his sytem, but I admire scooby

because he is not saling, but yes, Mike should keep down some of his calims but still I have to tell you I needed motivation and a different system for improving my cardio and he made the magic trick for me I wasn't able to even run 100 meters without vomititng I hated
aerobics and thanks to his free videos in yt I finnaly found a way to do cardio in a acceptably enjoyable way,
