We found this out

foods, they would knock me out, to the point where I almost once fell asleep while driving; and once asleep, it's like I'm drugged.
I am 51 and believe that I am heading down the
wrong path and have been for years with beer and junk
food etc... here's the question I would like commented on as I believe over the past few days (this is only a couple of days after I finished the TWT) I have re-triggered the cravings by
eating a lot of sugar based christmas goodies --(i say goodies
because it doesn't help to be negative about what's already been done!)

Dr Perlmutter IS right and years of science and research back up his claims along with true testimonials from real people - have you even read the book??? like I said before people like you who are not willing to give up gluten carbs and sugars are going to be the first ones to come on here with skepticism and claims that this is just another «fad diet - «newsflash Will this is a lifestyle and the followers are not in a cult they are real people who want to take charge of their health and live to see their great grandchildren and still be sound in their minds its fine to have questions but to come on here and insult this fine doctor who has helped so many people throughout his career and has written a New York times best seller to educate and help so many more people just makes you sound absurd and immature - he is speaking the truth everything we've been told about nutrition is a lie to profit the wheat industry, doctors and pharmaceutical companies
because as long as people keep

wrong foods and getting sicker and fatter they will all profit.
If your child has attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), it's not
because he or she played too many video games, logged multiple hours of TV viewing, or
ate the
wrong kinds of
foods.
But I'm very glad to hear that chewing less completely is a good thing,
because I do enjoy just
eating and enjoying my
food rather than thinking about it, So I think I'll throw caution to the winds and chew with only slightly careful abandon, the careful bit being sure that things go down the right way, so down the road a bit I don't reproduce Dad's narrow shave due to chewing and swallowing
wrong.
Dogs get gas, just like humans,
because they've
eaten the
wrong thing or too much of the right
food or there is another underlying health issue.
I just wanted to add to the «
wrong type of litter» section in that my cats tend to
eat wheat and corn based litter
because it smells a bit like the ever coveted dry
food that they no longer get.
