I have been interested in trying a Ketogenic diet
because I suffer from
autoimmune conditions, histamine issues, digestive problems, psoriasis but
because I am A - blood type I didn't think eating a lot
of meat was right for my blood type after reading the book by that name.

of exploration for me or someone that I care about or may be you're rocking it and you have tons
of energy and your thyroid's just fine.
And I couldn't believe it,
because, you know, now leaky gut is even becoming more mainstream but this guy went through a lot
of slings and arrows to bring this information up there and he's even gone as far to say that this mechanism, leaky gut, gastrointestinal permeability has to be present in almost all
autoimmune conditions for them to even happen to begin with.
Wouldn't you want to know that just
because you have a diagnosis
of hypothyroid and you are given a medication, that you may not recover your symptoms
because you are not addressing your
autoimmune condition at the same time?
