because of my roasted broccoli recipe or that you're sharing my taco pasta recipe with your coworkers.

We eat a lot
of broccoli and cauliflower around here
because my kids love them so much, I was tired
of roasting them (not really), but adding it to pasta changed it up a bit.
Roast chicken or some form
of eggs with
roasted vegetables (just olive oil and coarse salt) often things the kids can eat with their fingers (like asparagus, string beens,
broccoli florets),
because it doubles the amount
of their intake.
Because I know this is a surefire way
of seeing my kids eat their veggies, I like to make this
roasted broccoli at least once a week.
Apparently, I was in the mood for veggies last night
because I also ate a bowl
of roasted broccoli and honey -
roasted carrots.
Because it's
roasted, if you're a super taster, you're not going to get some
of that notorious sulfur and bitterness that some taste with cruciferous veggies (brussels sprouts,
broccoli etc).
