Camping is made easy with a selection of luxury private bathrooms, pre-erected
safari tents, large raised and levelled electrified sites, tea on arrival, staff assistance with setting up
camp, fridges and mattresses or
beds for hire, free freezer space and a serviced laundry.

camping tents with sleeping bags, and 1 dayroom in a comfortable hotel prior to our return flights.
If taking your own is too much schlepp, there are also six
safari tents in a different site with either double or twin
beds and
bedding, within easy walk of the bathrooms and kitchen, that take all the effort out of
camping.

The
safari tents are serviced daily and each tent has a small deck looking onto the
camp fire, with the
safari tents containing two single
beds and a fan to cool you down in summer and electric blankets to warm the cold winter evenings.
Camping fans can pitch up at Sleeping Trees, whether they want to literally sleep in the trees, or do it
safari style with a huge canvas tent kitted out with its own wooden double
bed.
Set on the leafy hillside within a stones throw of Basil Bay (aka one of the most beautiful beaches in Queensland), the
safari tents sit on a timber deck and boast a comfy
camp bed with mattress, linen and towels provided, deck chairs and table, plus access to all campsite and Basil Bay Hut facilities.
