So not knowing what to replace the frayed tapestry of our lounge chair in our bedroom I looked online for a «scratching post for cats» and saw this one having good reviews.

I have been wondering how I was going to transform some fabric I have into lovely (and very inexpensive) window coverings for the bedroom, as seen in this inspiration post: http://www.howtobeaheroine.com/2012/03/01/coo-coo-ka-choo/ I was starting to dispair that the fabric would just languish in a bin forever.
You saw our master bedroom in our last blog post a few weeks ago, and how we haven't really touched it in 2 years since we bought the furniture.
(Although this particular post is a stretch on real life seeing as my bedroom is consistently the messiest room in the house day in and day out.)
