Combine 1 cup warm almond milk with 1 teaspoon fresh or ground turmeric, 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon and 1 teaspoon rice malt syrup for a
calming bedtime drink.
Andddd I wish I could go on more about how lovely
this bedtime drink is, but I'm off to finish some more work.
Once you make the decision to try and replace
that bedtime drink with a cup, don't go back.
If you haven't decided to add lemon into the recipe then the paste goes down nicely in a warm nut milk as
a bedtime drink.
I've found that taking magnesium before bed helps me get to sleep quickly and really like Natural Calm's magnesium supplement which you can mix as
a bedtime drink for a more natural option.
This is very important, have your evening playtime,
bedtime drink (not to much water), bathroom break, then off to bed, puppy crate time.
