beet hummus in the fridge, so we used the rest of it as a dressing.
This makes me want more
beet hummus in my life — stat!

My recent foray into ravioli got me making and roasting
beets for the ravioli filling and has inspired me to make vegan
beet hummus again, something I love to eat but haven't made
in a while (as I overdosed on it some time ago and needed time off).
If eating chickpeas doesn't cause a party
in your pants, by all means, try making a
beet - flavored
hummus that still uses traditional chickpeas as the base and
beets just as a flavoring.
We began with Betty and Bella styling a colorful crudités platter with carrots, watermelon radish, and the most delicious roasted
beet hummus (I will never forget the taste of it), and began our first lesson on creating movement
in a dish.
Yet, some of the snacks, such as the roasted
beet hummus and the cherry - date oat bars have those ingredients
in them and the plan says you can eat the snacks throughout the plan.

beets make for the beautiful fuschia pink hue

Surprisingly, the garlic and tahini overpower the
beet flavor, so you don't taste them much if you are worried about a strong
beet flavor

in some superfoods like I did right before this shoot.

beets become subtly sweet and tender, making them an excellent paleo - friendly substitution for garbanzo beans
in hummus recipes.
