Unfortunately I crashed into
bed before I could get this
post up, so here it is now!
Now, I can't say this is entirely the result of the fat bombs as I've started adding some other supplements to my diet for better sleep (more on this in a future
post), but I do believe that having a dose of healthy fats
before bed has been helping my body get better rest overall.
So I am
posting it now
before I go to
bed!

I'd say the most important meals are the
post workout meal (this is when your muscles are broke down and desperate for nutrients), and right
before bed (when you sleep, it's prime muscle building time!).
I usually take it immediately
post workout and then
before bed, unless I work out twice (which is most days now!)
I use Whey Protein Isolate and L - Glutamine
post training, as well and magnesium
before bed.

Before I'm falling into my heavenly comfortable

post haha) I LOVE color year round, so it's no surprise that for one of the freezing days at NYFW I decided to wear shades of white, blue and black (all I am missing is gold and it could potentially be #The Dress... seriously didn't understand that whole craze for all of 24 hours haha) Anyways... Back to what I am wearing and how it can transition perfectly into the spring.
After I wrestled the kiddos into
bed the night

I went on several walks with Reagan, Zara and our neighbors (6.5 miles so far) • I was a complete #bossbabe at work this week • I made time for my family (i.e. the epic snowball fight of 2017) • I put my phone away

bed and read • Even with a crazy work schedule, I stuck with my blog schedule and successfully published two
posts this week (something I did not do in 2016) •
And if I'd closed my eyes I could've seen what the building had been forty or fifty years
