You can certainly
coat the
chicken before though.
You can tweak this recipe by
coating your
chicken livers with some almond flour
before frying them.
Or use it to
coat some
chicken or pork
before breading and baking.
I've never tried hazelnut flour
before but it sounds like it makes a great
coating for the
chicken here.
