Allow the bread to completely
cool before slicing into - the center will be «gooey» before it's fully set.
Allow to cool in the tin for 5 minutes
before slicing into squares and serving warm, or allow to cool completely in the tin.
Cool tart for at least another
hour before slicing with a thin, sharp knife dipped in cold water.
